Did have what I needed. It took 3 weeks to get a price, a week to get an order confirmation and another 3 weeks to get the order. Nobody knows what's going on and nobody seems to care.

Staff have good knowledge of locations of where products are. Renovated a few years ago and expanded their product offerings. Still one or two things they don't have in stock but can order

prices could be better as well as customer service .. once apon a time the service was prompt and deliveries were on time.. now its like they dont care at all
