Customer service is very poor. They never help the patients.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I had to leave one for this walk in clinic. I was a little bit hesitant to go there after reading such awful reviews but I was really sick and couldn’t go anywhere else. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean the clinic was. The receptionist was really friendly, helpful and polite. The Dr. Was not in but the physician assistant was, she is a lovely person, was extremely helpful and treated me with respect. While I was waiting for my prescription to be filled , another patient walked in, staff of the clinic were greeting him by name. This shows people care about you, they take the time to remember you and call you by name. The pharmacist was also incredible, very polite and caring. My visit was around mid December and I am not a patient of the clinic but I wanted people to know that the personnel working there are caring, professional individuals.

Very Professional both Doctor and assistant as well, I was there at closing time and Dr.Victor was about to head out, but he was happy to stay back for me and treated me ! Much appreciated the effort you guys are putting in to help community ! Kudos !

I wish I could say how my experience was, but as the hours changed in the 30 minutes it took me to get ready, I don't have anything else to add. When I first looked it up it said open until 7, which then changed to closed at 2:30. It sounds from their reviews as if this may have happened before, or the hours aren't accurate.

Had an absolutely amazing experience here. I called as a walk-in because I don’t like my current doctor as they would make me feel extremely uncomfortable so I was quite apprehensive. They were able to take me in right away and I waited about 10 mins. I was instantly, kindly welcomed from the physicians assistant. The doctor himself is super sweet and friendly and he greeted me while I was in the waiting room. Even the pharmacist was extremely friendly.They show genuine concern and make you feel super comfortable! I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

My first visit here today. I recommend this place 100% the doctor and assistant, and the lady at the pharmacy just wow. very nice people. It's super clean. I was in and out in no time with my prescriptions (on site) amazing! thank you! I'll be back for sure. I'm beaming I've finally found a great place to go to for my healthcare ❤❤❤

Very bad experience, irresponsible staff. They lost the blood samples of my husband we went for regular check up gave the blood samples and when asked for reports after a week they said we have lost your blood samples can you give the blood samples again, I mean which doctors office can be so irresponsible. I would never recommend anyone. As per your reply I see that you are saying you did a favor to us so I want to let you know that you are getting paid by government of Canada you used our OHIP card so don't say that you did a favor, and your clinic is walk-in so that means you are doing favor to all the walk in patients? Well thank you if you think so and also I want to mention that I am not accusing or blaming this is what happened I am letting public know about it so they can be aware before taking any decisions and yes I felt as a medical clinic you should be more responsible for anything that you do.

Can anyone tell me the other locations phone number?? This is supposed to be our FAMILY Dr and everytime I've called I can never get anyone. I need to refill my daughters inhaler and I need to get a prescription for my son and I can't get anyone I've called several times can't find anything on their website. Why even have this location open I don't understand or atleast have the alternative number there for other patients that go there and need their family Dr their suppose to be able to get ahold of.

Been given care there 6 times now. First three times were excellent but since then I just don't seem to be able to call (each time I am greeted with a message saying they're not talking calls atm) and when I've gone in person Dr. Ohonbamu is regularly not there (sadly the other clinic that they share their space with was unable to give me a schedule of when he will be available) . Now when I have gotten to see the doctor each time everything was fully and clearly explained to me, with options for treatment and the service was absolutely excellent, but now I just don't seem to be able to get any service.

Walked in, was greeted, then receptionist answered the phone and had an entire conversation, then she allows a random behind me to interrupt, then takes my card and answers another call. Turned around and walked out since they clearly do not care about the people at their clinic and just booking as many as possible to come through. The receptionist also speaks at a volume that is so low you basically just guess what she wants. Won't be going back despite living 5 minutes away.

This place is really mismanaged and unorganized. The receptionist does not attend patients in a timely manner, rather she is busy with the phone all the time. Waiting time is really long, not because the clinic is busy, but because of the incapable and incompetent staff. They prefer to attend their "favorite" patients first, and will come to you when they are left with nothing else to do.
