Called in to book an appointment with the receptionist Sam. She said I can't book for next week because she isn't sure she would be there. I called in a few hours later to ask if I could book and she said yes. When I asked her why she couldn't do it before she said she can't do it again. Very poorly managed clinic. Do not recommend. I will be changing doctors because of the reception. Very sad. I should mention the pharmacy is great and I wrote a separate review for it.

Terrible doctors office. First of all the staff including the doctor doesn’t clean or sanitize the rooms or equipment (Ex/ BP cuff) after each patient. Second, I tried to call them for a week straight, no answer. Left multiple voicemails without ever getting a call back.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office I have ever been to.. total waste of time. The receptionist doesn’t know WHATS going on. The doctor is never here or is ALWAYS late regardless of appointments. Don’t bother wasting your time at this doctors office go find a REAL doctor. Don’t think he should be in this profession at all. Me and my family WERE going to this office until we realized we are way better off finding a proper doctor. I actually called out the doctor on his unprofessionalism and how he runs his “practice” and he didn’t like hearing the truth so he removed me as a PATIENT. Goes to show …. BE WARNED.

It’s wonderful to now have a pharmacy in Mount Hope. It sure beats driving on that “jungle” called Upper James St. My wife and I had our prescriptions sent here from our old pharmacy. We enjoyed meeting the pharmacist...a very friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk to young man. Way to go Mount Hope!

Extremely fast and efficient service. Very clean store. I had all my questions answered by the knowledgeable staff. Do yourself a favour and switch your prescriptions over to the Mount Hope Pharmasave, you'll be glad you did.

Friendly and what I like is the Doctor takes his time and will deal with.more than one issue, not many doctors do that. Sam is awesome, she does her best getting you in and keep you up to date with where you are in the line up. It is not an assembly line therefore don't expect to rush in and rush out. Personally I like the set up and I also like the pharmacy. They do a great job looking after your needs.Glad to have both in Mount Hope. Keep up the great work.

Had such high hopes for this clinic. The secretary was so nice and great! But after over and hour of waiting I was told I couldn’t be helped. The doctor knew exactly what I came in for why didn’t he just tell me to leave before waiting? I was treated with no compassion and no idea for an alternative treatment. Also felt very rushed and dismissed. I left feeling so hopeless and frustrated. Hopefully he treats other patients with more respect.

My daughter went to this walk in clinic over a month ago and she still hasn't gotten her results of her urine test. I've called numerous times and the keep saying they aren't in yet. I will never go back to this clinic very unprofessional and unorganized.

They close pharmacy anytime without informing patients. Receptionist says pharmacist on break, what do u mean by break. You should clarify the time of break on board.

As soon as the doors opened for the Mount Hope Pharmacy I gave them a shot. I LOVE EVERYTHING about the place. The pharmacist is so warm, friendly, caring and genuine. Great and quick service. I will continue to spread the word in Mount Hope about how great this place is. Then the doctors office came - The Doc is thorough and was quick to get back to me with all of my results. The doc's assistant is also great. Now they even have a lab in house. Everything you want under one roof. 5 Stars ALL THE WAY

Very friendly, warm reception I a clean store. Confidentiality am switching my prescriptions from my present pharmacy to Pharmasave. Pleasantly surprised to see that they have a nurse in the back on site as well. This pharmacy delivers which is a plus. Looking forward to having a long term relationship with this pharmacy knowing that my medication and health needs will be professionally and competently met.

Had an appointment here this morning and I had to wait over an hour for something that was supposed to be booked. Not to mention everytime I go the doctor is never there on time. One of my family members is a patient here as well and when the doctor was a no show, he told me he saw the doctor at the STORE shopping…. Just saying. I will not be going back here due to horrible service and just flat out people that shouldn’t be working there. Don’t not recommend.
