I have been a patient here for several years. Because of my work schedule, I have sometimes had to go in without an appointment at busy times but they have always accommodated me courteously, and everyone is so friendly they feel like family. There is sometimes a wait, but nothing ridiculous. Everyone is always so kind and helpful from the front desk staff to wonderful Sharif (sp?) at the pharmacy, and the doctor is so kind, patient, and professional. He was the only person over the years who realized I was suffering from an anxiety problem while I was talking to him; I was in great distress but he listened patiently and provided excellent recommendations and treatment. Since then, he has continued to help me (I did speak to a therapist but still consult with my physician), and he will only approve medication after checking every time to make sure I am still fine. A big difference from some doctors who dispense serious medication too hastily and don't monitor their patient's use. His assistant doctors have also been wonderful and the younger ones have very bright careers ahead. I'm going in again today and I am actually looking forward to it, a rare experience in visiting clinics. Love these people and am eternally grateful to Dr. Ishaqzay for making such a huge difference in my well=being.

I had a wonderful experience when I first became a patient with your office, the staff was really friendly and quick to help. The original reception was amazing and always helping out when needed - I would have given them a 5 star prior to my recent experience. I can't share that same sentiment these last few months. I do work in the health care field and do understand the challenges that come along with the job. A coworker and I went in a few weeks ago, waiting in line with scheduled appointments and were seen after all the walk-ins. It has been challenging with front desk reception because things seem to be disorganized - never received a follow up when told I would. My 3 year old has been sick for the last few weeks and the over the phone consultation was never received as discussed with the receptionist. She is currently under antibiotics because her cough turned into an ear infection. I do not want to blame her condition on the clinic but preventative measures could have been taken earlier if things were followed through.

Easy downtown location with heaps of free parking. Inside is clean. Limited seating. Receptionist is super friendly which is surprising considering the people she has to deal with. Had to wait 1hr but I didn't make an appointment. Doctor was friendly and explained everything clearly. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I would. Personally I have never had a better medical clinic experience. The doctor is very kind, patient, and will take the extra time to explain not just how to cure your ailment, but also what's causing it and why your body is reacting the way it is. Whilst scrolling through pictures on Google of rashes (as he was showing me similar cases) he leaned back in his chair and said "ahhh, I love medicine". This is definitely the man you want taking care of you as he will always do the best job, simply because he cares. They also have an in-house pharmacy which is very convenient. The doctor will forward your perceptions to the pharmacist so you can pick them up on the way out. Speaking of the pharmacist he is a kind and soft spoken gentleman whom is very knowledgeable of his trade. I sometimes see his daughter working alongside him behind the counter and I think that is quite sweet.

Went into this clinic a few weeks ago. I had two skin problems, one is a splinter on foot, the other a painful scar on chest. The doctor suggested changing shoes, which made me speechless, then I was gonna ask about the scar, he said he was not going to see because it counts for a next visit. Then he just walked out... It took me an hour drive and wait. I mean such a joke lol. The nurse girl and receptionist were nice people tho..

I'm from Toronto and the walk in clinics are much faster. I was here Sat 10:55am. With 3 people ahead of me, the estimated wait was 45 mins. In Toronto it would be 10-15 mins. The wait time was accurate. They called my cell when it was time! And the wait time is posted on medimap.ca. It was worth the wait. I trust this doctor more than the one in Toronto. His explanation was more believable.

I’ll start off with the fact reception is amazing, very clear, respectful, and helpful at every interaction. Wish I could say the same for the Doctor here. I came for TB testing, did the testing as instructed, only to be refused proof of this testing months later because the doctor gave improper instructions/ did not follow up. Doctor then proceeded to argue with me about the instructions given to me when I tried to get confirmation of this testing. If you are a student on a timeline, I’d keep this in mind as I now have to start process again elsewhere.

So, made an appointment in advance 2 days before for 9:30 am. Reached clinic at 9:10 am. Was told to pay in cash as I didn’t have health card. As I wasn’t informed about only cash policy at the time of booking appointment, found an ATM nearby to withdraw cash. Came back , paid and sat down till 9:45 am. Was sent to examination room afterwards. Waited till 10:10 am there. While I was waiting, I decided to rate one star this clinic out of nowhere. Worst mistake. A kind assistant came in, took my info and explained the procedure. She went to get doc. Doc came in , thanked me giving one star rating. I was shocked and scared that he might get offensive. Thankfully he did not. Then he said that they don’t have any vaccine (tb) at the clinic and come back tomorrow. of course they could have informed me about it when I first came in or may be a day before since I booked appointment “ 2 days” ago. But hey let’s make her wait for about an hour and then tell her. So, I am out of the clinic confirming appointment for tomorrow. I am on my way to home and Get a call from doc saying they now have the vaccine in stock and I can now come by anytime I want and I won’t have to wait. I genuinely appreciate that they approached me. But my first impression of this clinic has not been very pleasant and I don’t even feel like going back tomorrow as I think I might have to live through this experience again. I was uncomfortable, frustrated and scared in this one hour period. I have no intention to bash out anyone . I am a very patient person and not able to speak up for myself face to face in such situations. Hence this long writing. Being a health care professional myself, I would not want any of my patients to experience this.

We met with Dr. Ishaqzay roughly eight months ago. Although he was very kind, he refused to take on our family as patients because my common-law partner requires an opioid prescription to be able to manager her chronic pain. He also advised us that he would not accept her based on the insomnia medication she was taking at the time as well. I hate to leave a 1-star review however I outlined these things on the phone weeks ahead of our appointment. I drove my family 1 hour in to see Dr. Ishaqzay and it turned out to be a waste of time. It's against College regulations to screen new patients. Despite his sincerity and kindness in the interaction itself, we have mentioned him to the College.

The pharmacists at this location and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Just had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. I have been taking the same expensive medication for several years. Throughout this time, I have been with various pharmacies, and been with and without coverage. I recently filled the prescription, and did not realize until I was home that it was the wrong dosage, a mistake on my doctor's part. I called the pharmacy just as they were closing. Not only did they take care of it by faxing my doctor, they also discovered a savings card. I have been taking this for years and never has a pharmacy mentioned it! I am extremely grateful and beyond pleased with the service at this location, and highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic! Walked in on a Saturday (no appointment) and was seen without 20 mins of arriving. Doctor was very friendly and spent plenty of time with me, answered all my questions. I got an antibiotic and recommended OTC treatment at the on-site pharmacy within minutes. I highly recommend and will definitely return to this clinic if I ever have a need. Note - cash only if you don’t have a health card. Pharmacy takes credit/debit.

Absolutely terrible. The most unprofessional “Doctor” I have ever experienced . My girlfriend Went in to fill out medical forms for school and got refused by the doctor. He was belittling, condescending and the trip was both a huge waste of time and a negative experience. She booked an appointment ahead of time for this specifically and still got turned down after waiting 30mins. It’s unfortunate that these so called healthcare professionals get to pick and choose what clients they see with such lack of care. Sure what she needed to get done wasn’t an immediate healthcare emergency, that’s why she booked an appointment ahead of time and didn’t visit the ER. I wonder who else this doctor decided to turn down? And I wonder for what reasons or personal biases these choices may be based on. Very interesting, nevertheless I truly would recommend you taking your business elsewhere as it seems the doctor at this clinic doesn’t have the patience best interest in mind. I would give this a negative star rating if possible.

Even though this is a walk-in clinic, it never feels like it is one because the service is of great quality. They never rush you. The atmosphere is calming and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Ishaqzay is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is a very good listener, he doesn't just cut you off with what he thinks you have before he has heard everything you had to say. I think that that's a quality that really makes a doctor a great one. Any doctor can make a diagnosis, but it takes someone who cares about their job and their patients to listen to their issues and concerns genuinely. He has also always made the right diagnosis and have always given me the right medications for my issues. I have recently moved to London and I have not been satisfied with the walk-in clinics here since I have not found a local family doctor yet. I have had to quarantine due to having tested positive. I called the clinic to see if I could get an appointment over-the-phone and they set me up with one. Dr. Ishaqzay called me and went above and beyond to send my prescription to the pharmacy I go to here in London. Also, I wanted to mention the pharmacist at this walk-in clinic is great as well. He always makes sure he takes the time to explain the medications to you and packages the medication very well. The receptionist is always very professional and welcoming. If I could chose to always go here, I definitely would.

The only thing I can think of that could be an issue is that the soundproofing between exam rooms is a little light so you hear people talking in the next room. But a small thing.

This clinic is very clean with amazing staff. The doctor himself does not show up to the clinic until 10 am. I had to wait almost a whole hour to see him. His assistant was very helpful towards my medical problems and was seeing most of the patients on his behalf however I believe the doctor should be present at his own clinic during clinic hours. Once the doctor did arrive he did not apologize but was very attentive with my concerns.

This doctor is a money hungry scammer. I was seen in the clinic few months ago and got STI treatment via injection for which he charged me because he said it was not OHIP covered. Today I was seen by a public health nurse for a follow up and was told that doctors should not be charging patients for these treatments as public health provides the antibiotics to the doctors for FREE. I will not be going back to this scam artist again.

The good reviews online about the doctor, staff and clinic are all true based on my experience. Dr. Ishaqzay has been our family doctor for more than 3 years now. He acts professionally, empathic to us (patients) and passionate about medicine. He takes his time to assess our medical concerns and gives us an informative but easy to understand explanation of the diagnosis and treatments associated with our concerns. In fact, he is the only doctor that was able to pinpoint the exact type of skin issue I have and provide me with the correct treatment and management strategy. Every time we see him, we always feel that he tries his best to help us. He's easy to talk to and has never made us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, all the staff (nursing, medical team and pharmacy) in the clinic are excellent. They are all accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. I can guarantee to others who are looking for a family doctor or walk-in clinic that they can also experience an excellent service as we do.

Dr. Rahmat has been our family doctor for the past 4 years and it is difficult to describe how detailed, compassionate and caring he is. He always listens to his patients concerns and works on them even if it is about his staff or his clinic. The clinic is clean, the office staff are polite and understanding. Dr has too many patients. I booked an appt for him to fill out my paperwork. I waited 45 minutes to be told he is too busy and he will fill them out on his own. 2 weeks go by, I made 2 phone calls and still have not heard any update. So I go into the clinic to be told by him that he is too busy and he doesn't know when they will be filled out. I said well I did book an appt 2 weeks ago to have them filled out and still nothing. I left crying. He took me I'm as a patient 2 years ago. He knows what he is doing but he can't keep up. Hi explained to his staff more than once that I have a deadline for this paperwork. When he isn't over worked he is am amazing doctor but the fact that my paperwork is being delayed because he is too busy is unacceptable.

Went to this walk in clinic on Saturday for the first time, I was greeted by the resptionist who was very polite. She took my information and I waited about 5 minutes before being put in a room. THE Doctor came in not in a rush introduced himself and asked how he could help me, listened to what I had to say, also he had eye contact so I new he was listening to me he gave me antibiotics for my sinus infection and sore throat now I am feeling better . It could get really busy at times, but you always get high-quality service from the staff and doctor, which matters more to me because I am very patient. They are always kind and helpful. My family doctor listens to any concerns I have, and does not shut down any questions or possible tests or referrals if needed to solve a problem. It is a very clean place, and also, has a great waiting area with a TV on showing the news to pass the time.

Great experience all round. Hardly had to wait at all and the doctor was a very gentle, kind soul. He talked about his kids and was very sweet to my little one. The receptionist was lovely and very efficient. A very well run clinic. Also has a small drug store in front which was very handy.

Quality of care has gone drastically down at this clinic over the years. Doctor does not have enough time for his family patients because of the walk ins. He always seems either distracted or frustrated. Quantity over quality is very evident with him. His staff is constantly changing as well. Front staff do not know what they are doing and are most of the time running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

DO NOT go to this clinic. Awful family doctors. My son has been waiting for a referral for months & I have contacted the office 6 times (in which they said my referal was made) also went into the office same thing was said. Come to find out they were using the wrong fax number. Fine. Gave them the correct number my referral was still not made!!! I had a personal advocate call on my behalf(my mom/sons grandmother), which she was rudely told not to call because shes not his mother. Definitely not recommended! My son still cant hear , thank you!!! I also still have no referal for him but least have a new family doc lined up!

It's quick and easy to book an appointment, I've never been kept waiting, everyone from the front desk team to the on-site pharmacist is friendly and efficient, and the doctors take the time to listen. I've seen three different doctors here over the past year+ and each one has taken extensive notes and made solid treatment recommendations.

It dismays me to see this rating not keep its 5 star status due to false claims. Stephen Chester has never been a patient there & It is also the norm for walk-in clinics not to prescribe narcotics. This medical centre gets 5 stars from me. The receptionists are very friendly & accommodating. Dr Ishaqzay is wonderful ! He is kind, gentle, caring, attentive, diligent & is fully dedicated to his patients. The pharmacy on site is quick & convenient.The pharmacists are very helpful & friendly.

Hi, I would just like to say that Dr. Rahmatullah is an outstanding person, he used to be in Brampton, my husband and myself are patients of this doctor and although he moved his office to Hamilton we still continue to see him to this day. Amazing service! I first came here with a sore throat, and a cold. Doctor was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Later on that week my sore throat turned into an ear infection. I went back and the doctor took care of me right away. What sets this clinic apart from the others is how the doctor really, truly does care about you and takes his time to address all your concerns.
