Mr. And Mrs Juta, both are very good doctors in Hamilton. We are seeing them since 3 years now.

I only go to the doctor's once a year for an annual check up. I always book an appointment and this doctor always makes me wait 40 minutes to an hour after my appointment start time to see me (every time) The doctor is good but the wait time is not worth it, unless you have the whole day to spare/waste then enjoy waiting in line 1 hour past your appointment in a room full of sick people. I suggest finding a doctor with less patients who will actually cater to your personal needs and life. I do not recommend this doctor/location because clearly "an appointment" doesn't mean crap to these people. Alan M.

Dr. D. Juta simply does not care about his patients. You wait for at least 4 weeks to get an appointment to be seen by him, otherwise, they offer you to be seen by a registered nurse! Then few days before your appointment you get a call from his office saying he is not available! Now, you have to wait for another 4 weeks. During my last “Annul checkup”, he spent most of the time discussing politics! It is a total waste of time. I definitely do not recommend this Dr. Also, the assisting staff at the reception are very rude, inefficient and unprofessional. The overall experience is horrible. I finally managed to transfer from this pathetic clinic. Do not go there!

I have booked appointment with his doctor. Every time i go last minute im being told i am seeing a nurse practitioner the day of. Im being told hes on vacation or wait 3weeks when hes next in or his hours are always chaging.

disrespectful staff, deleted my first review, the entire building knows my medical history. i had a medical issue and when i called them they told me to " wait it out" i went to the walk in clinic and they started to resolve it immediately. i am so disappointed. i was suffering for so long i kept calling, they ended up telling me i am calling too many times.
