Under no circumstances should you ever consider seeing Dr. Moreno! He brushes you off, slumps in his seat and when you insist on being referred to specislists or tests sighs and complains about the cost of it. My family member is exhibiting life threatening symptoms and he refuses to do anything. He literally walked out of his office and has his nurses take over when she was begging for help, because it seems like too much work. A second opinion quickly had the other doctor immediately suggesting a hospital visit and change of doctor along with a formal complaint. I personally I suffered a miscarriage as his patient. He did the basic follow up and decided to ignore the fact that several weeks after I was still producing a positive pregnancy test (I had no idea that it was positive until I transferred family doctors). Thanks to this man I suffered from a very severe case is sepsis and almost died! He should not be practicing medicine.

I didn't have a terrible experience with Dr. Moreno. I just didn't have a rapport with him and for me personally, that's kind of important. If he was more personable or didn't come across as standoffish at times then more patients would definitely give him a great review. I truly didn't have any problems with his ability as a physician. I think he's a fine doctor and I totally trusted him.

HI! i got into car accident back in 2016 and i got multiple issues both mentally and chronically since then Dr.Agustin Moreno' been my family Dr. and he been taking care of my symptom's very professionally and gently! It been now 4 years since my accident and i love this guy for his smartness and intelligent work along with his assistants'' they are just great for great people out there who really need their helps. Thank u Dr. Moreno for ur great experience and work.

I'm not typically the review writing person, but after my experience in this doctors office the other day, I have to say that my situation was completely unfair. I was told by Dr moreno there is "No help for people like you," meaning severely depressed and anxious people. Heres a little context for you. I went to him after a month of being on medications that left me almost possibly worse off than I was beforehand, and after initially saying my mood had increased on select days, he decided they were working just fine despite a trip to the hospital to get stitches. Immediately after highlighting the experience, he ups my dosage to 20 mgs rather than 10, and proceeds to ask "are you having thoughts of hurting yourself?" When I had clearly just told him the reasoning behind my hospital visit. He ignored me. He set me up with an appointment, and tried to send me off. I freaked out and went back into the office, I wasn't happy with the care I had received. A small part of the reason being he had refused to sign medical Marijuana sign up papers IN his office based on "never seeing scientific evidence of medical Marijuana being able to help patients with depression and anxiety." He would rather prescribe you 10mg Prozac, and up the dosage, as long as you don't have a set plan to kill yourself. I ALSO tried to sign up for "Bounce Back," a program to help depressed people obtain skills to introduce them back into the work force, and he told me I was "far too depressed", for a program meant to deal with depressed people. Understandable to a certain extent... so i sat in his office begging him for help and for him to listen, to which he replied arrogantly many times, one of which he says "I referred you to a phsichiatrist at west 5th." So I asked for a name, a phone number, a paper, anything to prove he did so. He didn't have it, and retorted with "there is not enough resources in the health system for people like YOU....Maybe you should just go back to the hospital....the best I can do is set you up with a phone councillor (which, he never did after deciding from my episode, that I deserve sysraquil for my sleeping. even though I have been self medicating with Marijuana for years and have tried to get the papers to do it properly. I asked him before I left if he talks to all of his patients like they're children as though he is on a pedestal, and if anyone else has come at him about requiring better care in the past to which he replied "every day". Is this a patient issue or a doctor issue then? If you want a doctor who is attentive and cares for your own specific needs as an individual, don't go to Dr. MORENO. I also only signed up with him because my family doctor since birth retired, and Dr Moreno got his patients under the stipulation it would be a family practice ran by him and also his wife, who left the practice not months later. Basically, in conclusion, he doesn't listen, doesn't care for his patients, won't involve you in the programs and give you medications that truly help, and talks down to those with mental health issues claiming they will never get help. I would love a response from doctor moreno on this review!

Dr. Moreno has been my family doctor for years. He is a very personable, professional and informative doctor. He always makes me feel like I’m leaving the appointment with a clear plan of action. I have no complaints and recommend him highly!

Horrible experience from this doctor from my family, everyone I know and myself. If you ever want to be discriminated by a doctor an treated like a complete subhuman in the more racist way, I ask you to visit this "gentleman." It makes lose faith on someone who's jobs is to care for someone's wellbeing.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would, after reading others reviews I was beyond shocked they experienced the same incidents from this doctor. My poor mother has been suffering horrible symptoms with her leg and has a huge ball of fluid or something she cant even walk anymore. This doctor grabbed her leg without consent and tried to move it to the point she was in tears, a real doctor would ask beforehand and even ask if any pain and discomfort. At the end he said she was fine gave her pain meds, and said she can still work (keep in mind she's limping and really cannot walk), aside from that she is pre diabetic and told her she was fine and just eat a bit better. On top of that my moms hand has been constantly falling asleep and he said its normal (I know that is not normal the amount of times it sleep I genuinely worried). At the end of the appt he got mad and made her talk to the secretary because she asked for time off work, my mother is a strong women and would never ask for something like that unless she's truly suffering. A quick trip to a walk in clinic and she was told she should not be working AT ALL. And was given her time. I am beyond shocked this doctor is working, as he has truly has no care for people. Who knows how many people he has sent off that have possibly been horribly sick but wouldn't know because of the way he brushes everything off. He also declined an MRI because he said it won't show anything so. Please read this before deciding on him, especially if you are hispanic. Just because he can speak Spanish please listen because you can and will find a much better doctor.

This Doctor is professional kind and caring the best Doctor i came across since after Dr.Vase . He treats the elderly with so much care and compassion you will think he is your son His parents did an excellent job they should be proud I wish him God Blessings for all his life .
