It was probably mostly luck that got two of us registered and checked out in less than 10 minutes, but the receptionist and the doctor were both pleasant and helpful. Totally worth the drive from Windsor!

Their website mentions hours for Saturday from 10 am to 2pm. I reached there at 9.55. After standing in line for 15 minutes I was told that walk in for the day is closed as they started registering at 9 am. So if you are going to register early you should say so on your website. Weekdays timings for walk in are 5-8 and they start registering at 4:30. I told receptionist that I couldn't be there at 4.30 because of work schedule. I know it's a walk in but they could have accommodated the request yo register for weekday as I was physically present there. Basically what I was told that I had to wait another 6 days to see a doctor. What a disregard for someone's health concern.

Friendly and helpful staff Knowledgeable doctors that take time to listen and stick to their word. I know there is a family doctors shortage in Nova Scotia but it is a good feeling to know that at Ravines the doctors are there when you need them.

Friendly staff and good doctors, but very inconvenient hours and an uncomfortable waiting room. When they decide to close, they don't make any changes in their posted hours, which can lead you to make an unnecessary trip thinking they're open.

This clinic is almost impossible to use when needed as Walk-in Even before the pandemic. Their rules for registrations are unclear in their website (their messaging in their website is really poor). Generally I find them unreliable.

Staff are very helpful. Wait times are long but they are everywhere! The gentleman at the front desk is the best.

Don't bother trying to go to this walk in clinic. The majority of the time, you have to be there an hour before walk-in registration starts to get in to see a doctor. If you are not there within the first half an hour of the clinic opening, you will either be waiting three to four hours, or they have already closed registration for the day. The doctors are great, but the excessive wait times are not worth it.

We had been today to this clinic to meet Dr LePage for my wife and daughter w.r.t general health check and vaccination. Dr LePage service was awesome, w.r.t the way she handled our concerns and ensuring all queries were clarified in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this clinic for any walk in appointment. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and the atmosphere is very pleasing as well. Great job team and keep up your commitment.

I've been going to Dr. Gerges for 4 years. With my prescriptions running out today I made an appointment a week ago. For today. The receptionist let me sit waiting for an hour and a half. I finally went up to find out what the delay was and she said I didn't have an appointment for today. Thanks for nothing. I work shift work and who has time to sit around a doctor's office. Now I have to go sit in a clinic just to get prescriptions. They won't write 6 months like your family doctor, just 30 days, so guess what? More freakin time sitting around waiting to see a doctor. Thanks for nothing Mrs. Receptionist.

The receptionists are about as helpful as anyone would be trying to keep up with the demands of hundreds of people daily. They have limits too and sometimes it shows. My GP at this clinic, whether perceived or not, seems invested in making me healthy again and for that I'm thankful. Dr Prager, if you are listening, thank you for you.

I am a patient of Dr Young and currently studying in Ottawa. I've been trying to get in to see Dr. Young multiple times go review results which has now been over a year. The reception here sucks. Any time I call and explain that I am only home for a specific time, they will not help me. I explained my situation being away for school, only home during this time and NEED to see my doctor - but no, I can not be booked too early in advance because the reception "does not have his hours" and I will not be put on a cancellation list this one time to get my results. I love my doctor, but the reception should be much nicer on the phone and try to be more helpful.

I phoned the clinic all afternoon (March 19) receiving only a recorded message stating the clinic opens at 5 pm. Checked website which also said 5 pm opening. I arrived early and noticed that the building was open (nothing on website indicated that the clinic was physically open before 5 pm) at 4:30 so I walked in only to be told that I would not be taken care of - they were booked already through to close. I strongly suggest that the phone message/website properly inform patients of ability to arrive before 5 pm to check in. Arriving early and being told to go home is not a good comment about the accessibility of health care in the province. It would have also helped had someone actually answered my attempted and repeated phone calls all afternoon. Hopefully tomorrow is better. Tomorrow was much better! I was processed quickly and was pleased with the quality of care provided by the attending doctor.

It is a busy practice, and you should expect to be booking appointments a month in advance... and you may be waiting a bit past your appointment time... why? They actually take the time to care. Every visit has been great so far, not rushed, and my concerns taken seriously. Doctors often work straight through the day to catch up from spending time with each patient...

Really bad experience with dr. Gradstein office. First appt. and when i reached there they told me there is none. Receptionist was super rude and earliest she could get me would be 3 weeks later. You dont care if person is unhealthy or in pain..great job.

The doctors are great, but the reception can be a problem. I go one or two hours before the walk-in service is offered to get a queue number, but they don't start giving out queue numbers until 30 minutes before the official walk-in hours begin. Then the numbers are put out in a basket and it's a free-for-all for who can grab the numbers first, so the people who came last get number one, and people who came first have to wait because they weren't fast enough to scramble for the numbers. Why use numbers at all if they're not given out in the order of arrival? The doctors have been great, but the walk-in process puts you in a frustrated state of mind before you even see the doctor.

Our family has been with Ravines Medical center for a number of years. The ladies at reception have been for the most part great. Since Dr. D & R. Lewington have left :( we now have Dr. B. Rajan. Dr. Rajan seems nice enough and is usually on time. Dr. Rajan does not seem to be knowledgeable and we have to almost insist on an examination. What type of family doctor does not examine his patients or do paps??? dr. Rajan has been confused with some important specialist appointments. We are not happy with this Doctor since we require more than a prescription filled and someone who actually listens. If you just need a prescription filled and nothing more than he's your Doctor. We are stuck with a terrible Doctor or no Doctor (some choice)since our medical system is so bad. Dr. B. Rajan is by far the worst Dr. we have ever had.

Terrible counter staff!! This is not my first issue with this location, but I finally have had it. Never any availability. When I finally arranged a time, and was finally able to schedule someone at my branch to cover for me so i can go. The lady whom booked me, provided me and my office with the incorrect time. Leaving me once again waiting to attend my physician. Instead of offering to prioritize me at their walk in, instead of apologizing and attempting to right the issue.... I was given a no show warning, and was argued with, as it was, to quote " impossible for her to make that mistake"... but somehow my assistant, myself and the several people at my desk that were present when I booked the appointment are wrong. I really really like my doctor, but I am getting fed up with this office. Trully think this particular staff member needs a serious reminder of what their role is, and how to conduct themselves when an error is made... and not be a jaded, rude and argumentative prude hiding behind a glass screen. Truly Hope's this changes very soon.

Doctors have been good, considering this service is not for serious illnesses. Hours should be better explained, as folk don't know that you must come early to get seen. Sort of like the old days when doctors were few and far between, and you had to bring your knitting or a book, to help ease the wait. ????

Probably the rudest customer service you will ever encounter in your life. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, complete lack of empathy by the person working at the reception desk for the 2 doctors. The doctors might be good and nice, but unfortunately I never got that far with the clinic. A 30 second conversation with the lady at the front desk told me everything I need to know.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Wait time is hit and miss. Once I had to wait only a few minutes and on another occasion I waited 45 minutes. Free wifi made it bareable and I always think that it could have been a lot worst at the hospital. Keep up the good work and friendly attitude.
