No matter how many times you call they do not answer the phone. Have been trying since they moved from North Street to this location. No luck. The online booking service said I was not in the system even though I was a registered patient at the old location for over a year.

If this review was based on my dr., it would be 5/5 - couldn't ask for better! I gave a 1 star because it's impossible to make an appointment at this new office. I've called multiple days this week, multiple times, and each time I was on hold for over 30 mins, and then the line would just disconnect. I tried using their special line for pharmacies, and explained what was happening and her only response was "well we're answering the phones. Call back." Normally I would go in to make an appointment however the office is closed due to covid. Very frustrating.

The telephone service in answering.......poor. One would think a simple system that keeps your place in line with a call back would be here. Many businesses use this simple system. ........even Revenue Canada,Citywide comm. in Halifax, Amazon. They show that callers are respected. C'mon guys.

My family dr, who has seen me from womb to current moved to this clinic. And guess what. Now i'm effectively cut off from the resources that keep me alive. Ie insulin. The staff here are dimwits who don't know an emergency from their own a$$. I need to speak to my family physician ASAP, DR MARSH. or would this "business" like to have a dead patient because of "policy"? I'm waiting for a response. I'm sure you can figure out who I am.

The receptionist was so rude to me. I believe in service line the base requirement is to listen to the patient who is calling. I understand it is not an emergency line however atleast let the patient complete there sentence specially when they are mentioning that it’s a request and really urgent even if it means just 5 minutes. Atleast listen before going on and on like a recorded line.Such unfriendly service.And when I mentioned that you being rude and can listen a little or give me an alternative, the reply is that it’s a busy line so does that give you the right to be rude ?????

I think I have the best doctor in NS and he works out of this practice. He moved from the Professional Building on North St to this location. I have had my doctor for approx 10 years and he is a very caring and decent person. He is an extremely busy person but always has time to talk to me and always asks how my son is doing. His practice is very large and has many patients but I could not ask for a better doctor, he is a good man.

I have been waiting almost 6 hours for my doctor to call this is crazy and I called and was put on hold for an hour and and it disconnected!!!!!!

I cannot get through on the phone and have called 5 days in a row, 3 times a day. I am put on hold for approx, 20 minutes and then the line is cut suddenly after about that long. No message machine, no online booking or email communication available presently. Extremely frustrating. And Lunch from 11:20- 1:30. Seriously? I realize the Doctors are great and that we don't have enough GP'S in Halifax but the system is definitely broken if you can't even get through to your own family doctor's receptionists for over a week, simply to have the opportunity to BOOK an appointment, let alone hope for that to happen.

I have to agree with the other comments regarding the phone service. It is very challenging to get through. This morning I waited on hold for 32 minutes when the phone disconnected. I am quite frustrated with this as it happens very frequently. The online booking service has been down for months, which in today's digital world, there is no reason for. My Dr. is ok, and it was challenging to get through when she was at the old clinic but it's actually gotten worse since they moved here in January.

Wait time was about 20 mins and was connected and able to make appt. Receptionist able to answer questions and advise as to appropriate decision re phone v in person appointment. The call failed on my phone the first I called - but was my phone and not their system. Luckily, had only been on hold for just a cpl minutes at that point.

The answering is very poor and receptionist staff is terrible. I have been lied to, excuses that pass the buck have been made . Really upsetting experience

The current answering system is horrible!! You wait on hold and after 30mins the line disconnects. Also the online booking system still hasn't been set up which would help relieve some of the calls. I had no problems at the old location using the online booking and preferred it as I didn't have to wait on hold.
