Terrible customer experience. Cancelled my appointment last minute saying needed a credit card (which they should require when BOOKING online in a secure portal). Also when I followed up the receptionist ignored my emails - all around just terrible experience for the price they charge. No thanks.

I called here and I had really bad vibes. they returned my call and left me a voicemail & was told someone by the name of Laquelle or Raquel (could not make out) would be able to help me.. The voicemail was incomplete and disconnected. When I called again I spoke to a woman (name unknown as she did not introduce herself) I asked if they do direct billing and how much my benefits cover, I specifically said I simply didn’t want a surprise bill I want to know how much I would have to pay. The lady I spoke to told me to call my benefits to know my plan, and wasn’t very warm or welcoming at all. She was cold and dry. First off any company/healthcare can draw up an estimate with your coverage to advise you how much you will have to pay, this was not offered to me. She didn’t seem interested at all. She also proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to book an appointment I need to give them a credit card number. This is where I got the bad vibes. I understand this is most likely to prevent people to skip out on their appointments, however skipping out on my appointment is not my intentions. Between a busy work life and life in general we all know emergencies can happen, and the thought of them charging your credit card if you can’t make an appointment is extremely shady to me. No go with this naturopath clinic. I’ll be looking elsewhere

I have been a patient of Dr. Haymans for 2 years. She has helped me over come some thyroid issues that were hindering my life in many ways. I can't say enough about how great her and the clinic are! Always professional, always helpful! I've recommended several friends and family to the Halifax Naturopathic Clinic, all who have continued their treament with Dr. Hayman or associates and are very happy!

They require credit card number over the phone for their clients. I expressed my feelings that I do not feel comfortable to do so, then I have recieved a confirmation email for my appointment . When I came to my appointment on time , it was cancelled !!!!!! because I did not provide my credit card number over the phone!!! I have recived a confirmation email with the appointment and I came on time, then it was easy for them to say it is cancelled. My question is, if you do not trust your client commitment coming to their appointment why should I trust you that you can help me with my problem?????? Why I have recieved a confirmation email bit not a cancellation one???? This is my first time to be treated in disrespectful way in a clinic.

Hi, I was having severe lower back pain, shoulder pain, anxiety & depression when I first seen Christa years ago. She took the time to explain acupuncture to me and from that day on I became a Believer. Of course, being me I was very skeptical about acupuncture even before I went to see Christa but figured I had nothing to lose by checking it out. Christa, in my opinion is the best !! She is very professional and down to earth. She makes me feel right at home when I go for my treatments. Christa and acupuncture has done wonders for me. I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Park regularly for the past 3 years and before that, I saw Dr. Sarah Baillie for 12 years. Both are very knowledgeable and compassionate, and have been instrumental in enabling me to function with my health issues. I would confidently recommend both of them. Whatever I am dealing with now, whether it is chronic or something new, Dr. Park is always available to listen and always ready to help. The staff at Halifax Naturopathic Health Care are always friendly and helpful as well. If you are thinking about making an appointment... just do it!

Met Dr. Hayman today and she was straight to the point, understood my concerns, was knowledgeable and honest. Did not try to push supplements on me which was appreciated, but instead gave great advice on what would be most beneficial to me, and how to adjust what I was already taking/doing. I am certain I will see and feel positive results with the treatment plan she came up with.

I really can't say enough about the support and care I have received at Halifax Naturopathic and Dr. Rosalyn Hayman in particular. After months of fatigue despite "normal range" blood work, I met with Dr. Hayman for an initial consult of over an hour, and left with concrete recommendations for symptom management and (most importantly) a plan for improvement to the underlying causes of my health concerns. In my case, following her treatment plan brought me immediate improvement. I felt listened to and respected, and their approach is consultative and complementary to the recommendations of my GP. I have been able to book appointments on short notice, with no waiting room delays. This clinic is a hidden gem, as far as I'm concerned, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking positive changes for their health and wellbeing.

I am an avid gym member, and work out 4 to 6 days a week. I have had this continuing issue with a pain in my upper left arm for sometime. This was affecting the quality of my workouts. After trying different medications along with several doctors visits a friend suggested the Halifax Naturopathic Health Centre. I went into to their office to inquire on costs and to see what services they offered. This clinic offers services such has accupinture, Osteopathic and Naturopathic. Racquel, who I first met at the front desk was very knowledgable in all the services the clinic provided and was able to advise me in which direction I should take to solve the issue with my arm. I chose to see the Osteopath, Mike. From the first treatment with Mike I noticed a 25 percent increase in my ability to function in the gym. Awesome job by Mike, like Racquel, very informative and knowledgable. Great clinic, awesome doctors, fantastic personal service, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for all those nagging sports injuries.

AMAZING! I see Carolyn for Acupuncture, and have been for almost a year now, and she is honestly THE BEST. I started going for facial, aesthetic acupuncture which has now basically turned into a full body acupuncture. She really addresses the root cause of imbalances in the body and she also teaches you and informs you on what shes doing. Which I love! She is so kind, she puts you at ease, and is so easy to talk to. Working with her has honestly changed my skin, hair, and I look forward to her treatments every few weeks SO MUCH! I can’t recommend her enough!!

Medical Discriminated when I call the book an appointment by the receptionist. "They don't just allow people to come take tests off the streets". ???? Extremely disappointing as most women don't feel heard when comes to health concerns. ????
