Dr. Segun is outstandingly unprofessional. -Calls an hour late and then demands hat you make another appointment as he is running out of time. Accepts dealing with only one issue at the time. He applies this policy for short in-person appointment at his clinic. Why this also applies to phone appointments is a mystery. Unless this enables him to bills more people more often. He assured me that he was faxing my prescription to the pharmacy, but it was never received. I went to his clinic in-person (generally, no-one picks up the phone) and explained the problem to the secretary, who left a message for him. One month later, the prescription has still not been received by the pharmacy. I was told that "we noticed that the fax has not been working properly for the last three weeks". Why would a medical clinic not deal with an issue that directly affects their patients is beyond my understanding.Especially when the above mentioned pharmacy is located in the superstore right across the street. Unless of course, you just don't give a $&!t.

Dr. Segun and staff at Clydes have been excellent with our growing family since January 2020. He’s very knowledgeable with a lighthearted and kind bedside manner. He’s also great with babies and always books a follow up check-in on any questions or concerns we have. Staff at the office have been friendly and efficient - cleanliness is top notch in the space.

Had a terrible experience with Dr Olusegun. I have seen many Doctors over the course of my life and never had one before, try to continually send you for the same invasive tests over and over again because he's not paying attention. Forgetting he already had sent me for these tests and he was supposed to be reporting on the results of the tests. He also tried to administer the same tried and tested medication over and over again, forgetting he had already prescribed it, I had already tested it and that I reported that it wasn't working at all. Instead of correcting, he blew off my complaint and just said he upped the dose. A lie! When I got to the pharmacy they told me he had prescribed the exact same dose as last time. My entire experience with this Dr has been like this. Back and forth trying to sift through administrative mess. Changed Drs as I would prefer to have a Dr who is interested in helping me and who is paying attention to my medical problems.

Came to check reviews to see if anyone was having a similar experience as me and am not surprised by all of the bad reviews. Recently moved and switched doctors from this clinic and paid to have medical records and blood work sent to my new doctor, I’ve had to call three times to ask them to send it and still nothing. This is going on 2 months now, extremely unprofessional for a medical practice.

I have seen the newest Dr to the clinic- Dr. A. Adebisi. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I recommend her. She has arrived from London UK where she had a 20+ year family practice. The clinic administration though still leaves room for improvement. There seems to be a lack of understanding of NS health administration knowledge, culture, expectations. Hopefully as the administration gains more experience this will improve…..we shall see.

I have very bad experience from Clydes medical practice. I called today to get my blood report. The front desk staff said that we can't provide until doctor review them. I said it's been 3 Weeks already but I haven't received any call from doctor. I need the report ASAP and I can't wait till Doctor review it. Doctor earlier mentioned we can give blood report to you whenever you want. I told the staff that revert in written and then I will do the next step. They don't even have email address in their system. I am not at all happy.

I am enrolled with Dr. Olusegun Odebunmi and have been very happy with my care so far - not just mine but, more importantly, that of my newborn son. Dr Olusegun was patient with myself and my husband in our overwhelm and questions as brand new parents, and he was very professional and respectful to our son through the whole newborn head-to-toe appointment. He also answered all my questions and checked me up now that it has been a few days since my emergency c-section and really made me feel comfortable and in good hands.

We have always received great medical care from Dr. Laniyi Ogunsanya. He carefully attends to every concern we have during our appointments and refers us to professional specialists when necessary. We are satisfied and happy we found a doctor that we are comfortable sharing our medical concerns with.

After having no Doctor for over two years l was very lucky to meet Dr Olusegun Michael Odebunmi . At 59 my health was not good , two years have past since our first meeting and I'm very happy to say that I'm in a much better place in life under his care .A very good Doctor .I cannot thank him enough .

Didn't provide instructions on how to get blood work done during COVID or send me a requisition form and was impossible to reach for nearly 2 months. When I was finally able to get through the doctor (Dr. Segun) was rude and told me he wasn't going to be prescribing my medication I've been taking for over 3 years because I didn't get a blood test. When I told him that wasn't appropriate he went on a long winded rant about how if I had really cared I would have went to the clinic in person without an appointment as if their operating hours aren't during typical work hours and assuming I live close by.

I have not actually been inside this practice since Dr Lani moved his practice here due to covid. but I have had great service from Dr Lani himself each time I've had a phone appointment. He's obviously very busy but I never feel rushed to get off the phone, he's always very kind and quick to send me for blood work or other investigative appointments.

Terrible service, but what can you do? The first time I tried to get a prescription refill they "forgot" to send it to the pharmacy. The second time, Dr. Segan was scheduled to call me during a specific timeframe to renew my prescription - He never called, and I could not get in touch with his office at all to speak to a human about the delay - "Mailbox full, call back later". I ended up going straight to my pharmacist to refill my prescriptions. Walk in clinic service at Family Focus is better than my "family doctor" so far...
