Friendly front desk staff and simple/efficient. Never waited too long for an appointment. Dr. Pandian herself is very thorough, wanting to check for any possible things wrong if you go in with a concern, listens, calm, professional.

Since I'm military, I needed to be seen by a civilian doctor as military doctors do not deliver babies. My OB reccomended Dr.Poirier. It was established that she would see me through the rest of my pregnancy. One of the first things I noticed about her office was how dirty it was. There was salt on the ground and the assessment table had duck tape on it. Seemed pretty unsanitary. There's holes in the cieling by the sink and her desk was a mess. For me it just seemed like a very unprofessional environment. I was always seen 45-50minutes past my scheduled appointment. I was willing to overlook that because her and I got along well enough I thought. My spouse and I came to the decision that we wanted to deliver our baby in kentville since we didn't feel comfortable going to the IWK due to COVID. She seemed offput by our decision and reluctantly found us an OB in New Minas to see me through to delivery. Once my baby arrived I called the office to schedule my baby's one week follow-up appointment. To my surprise I was told that she is no longer taking patients at this time even though she was seeing me for my pregnancy. In no way shape or form did she mention that in any of our appointments together I was going to need to find a permanent family physician for after my delivery. So I'm left with my newborn and no doctor to do her weekly assessments. Would not reccomend her practice to anyone.

Have only been to her couple times since she had taken me and my family on ..first went to meet her she had sent us with up most respect. for blood work to check multiple things. Had concerns of my wifes family history sent her for lots of different tests shared her concerns but wanted to be sure there was no ailments occuring from family history .She then proceeded to send me for blood work to make sure there was nothing there .Treated my step daughter very well and got things done that was not takin care of from others. I give her a thumbs up 100 percent as far. As bad reviews to each their own i guess i dont know what they went through but as of now we have absolute respect and no problems with her and what she does .
