Seriously if I could give 10 or 20 stars I would! My son has adhd, sensory issues, and anxiety, we went to the new location today for his cleaning the hygienist was absolutely incredible with him, it blew me away. I thought he would need laughing gas but she was so amazing that he never ended up even using it! I was amazed how incredible she handled him and talked him through the whole thing and even had him laughing during it! After we got in our vehicle once the appointment was done, he even said to me, “mom that was awesome, I’ll come back to her again anytime”... my heart is so extremely happy! So thank you thank you thank you for making this such an amazing experience for my little man!

I can not say enough great things about the whole team at West GP dental. Our whole family have been apart of their office (or family as that’s what it feels like) since they open there first set of doors! But today was a huge milestone- our daughter with Down Syndrome made it through a cleaning and polish. Back story- our daughter has DS and sensory disorder so the dentist chair has been a detour in our journey. But because they treat you like family they took the time to get to know Madalyn and her cues. (She is mostly non-verbal). David the hygienist is absolutely amazing- she loves him. And over the course of a year of small visits- sometimes just to hang out with her. We are able to say she will sit and let him clean her teeth!! (By herself!!)Thank you David and the whole team for giving us this milestone. As most kids like her- this is not an easy milestone to achieve! If you have a child with special needs I highly recommend! Typical kids too!!

The entire experience was wonderful. Not only was I nervous about the procedure itself, but I also had anxiety about taking him out so young and little. The staff was friendly off the get-go and Dr. Schalk explained the entire assessment/procedure in a clear, concise manner that relieved my anxiety. They were quick and efficient with the procedure itself and my babe seemed to only experience some mild distress. Dr. Morrison was wonderful with her guidance and assistance of our latch and feed. I also appreciated him getting a full medical assessment and her willingness to answer any general questions we had. All in all, wonderful experience.

The trader ridge location is a new one near Popeye’s and this location has been so convenient for me as i just live nearby. The staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly and i love catching up with them when i get the chance. I am getting the best possible treatment and they always keep me up to date with whatever I need to do for my treatment!

Why the hell did you allow David to work on my wife? He hurt her and was a bull in a China shop. She has scaring on her gums. I specifically stated that I did not want his services because he damaged my dental work. She has very fragile dental implants. I'm a large man and his work was intolerable, imagine my diminutive wife's experience. We will not be returning. Shame on you for acting so irresponsibility.

I received root canal treatment today. Dr. Hannah Cho, the dentist who performed the procedure, was very excellent, reliable and so kind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of root canal treatment.

My son had a cleaning a couple weeks ago and the hygienist was awesome, super cool guy and Excellent bedside manner. Went in today for fillings and he said they were very gentle and made sure he was good the whole way through. He got to watch Jurassic world while they worked on his teeth. They take good care of the kids and make sure they have no worries about seeing the dentist. Awesome dentist office, very clean and stress free environment.

My son and I love West Grande Prairie Dental. My son had many visits here for myology. He absolutely loves Stacey. She has seen him every month for Myology. He also had his lip tie fixed here. The dentist and hygienist were amazing with him. Something as simple as never letting my son see the huge needle (freezing). Then they both reassured him it would not hurt but if he felt any discomfort he was to make a noise or raise his hand. The dentist also made sure my son could hold my hand throughout the procedure. Thank you! Every staff member has been nothing but amazing and friendly every time we visit. My son also received his invisiline trays here. The dentist is so friendly and caring. We use a scanner at home to send weekly pictures so the dentist knows if he should change his trays or not. It saves me 2 hour trip each week. The front staff are super friendly and will help you with every question you may have. Yes, there are dentists closer to where I live but not with the same service and friendliness.

Amazing dental office’s! Have been going there for about 5 years. Myself, husband & children alternate between the two locations now that the second one has opened :) The staff is amazing at both locations. Very good with children, my oldest loves going! My youngest has had his first smiley visit and they did great with him also ! 100% recommend.

West Grande Prairie Dental - Trader Ridge is amazing! A beautiful facility with state of the art equipment in one of the newest developments Grande Prairie has to offer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I see Stacey for myology and every visit is friendly and such a fun atmosphere. Rylee and Jessica at the front desk are also so courteous and respectful. I've seen Dr. Clyde for treatment and Dr. Schalk for orthodontics as well and they are amazing dentists! Way to go Trader Ridge!

I have been going to Trader Ridge since they opened here in Grande Prairie, AB. I have dealt mainly with Dr.Schalk, as I was an Invisalign Client. That being said, I have also had cleaning and check ups done too, and never have a complaint. Everyone is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always answers any questions or concerns I have had. The staff and doctors at this clinic are amazing ! They work with you to figure out your plan and help you with anything they can! Very friendly and easy to talk to. My kids feel safe with them and they reassure us that all is going to be okay even when my 14 yr old in crying for me. They let me sit with her when she needed me. Amazing experience .

I love the set up of this new location. The new option of being sent the pre-appt. consent forms to my phone one hour before the appt to complete is awesome! I recently took my 90 year old dad here for the first time. As a retired (injury) Dental Hygienist I have pretty high standards in a dental office and their staff. They did not let me down in the least. The staff is very friendly and the office itself is clean and bright. Dr. Cho, the dentist treating my dad couldn't have been any nicer and she was also approachable but professional. My dad didn't even notice when she extracted his tooth. I highly recommend this office.
