Called to ask if the walk in was still open and was told that 3:30 was a good time slot so when we said we would take it she told us we had to come in to book it because they don’t do it over the phone. We live out of town. We couldn’t go in and book an go wait 4 hours and that’s IF we got there in time before someone else did. Kind of pointless to have “walk in” that you need to book but can’t do it over the phone

Went here for a walk in and had a very good experience. Front desk staff were lovely and Dr Elwani was the best doctor I have seen in awhile, wish I lived near by and could have him be my regular doctor. There were two doctors working during my visit and the wait time was very short.

Short waiting time, especially for a walk in clinic. I only spent spent about an hour in the waiting room. The staff was amazing! Doctor was very kind and patient, and the nurse at the front desk was humorous and fun and helped me feel comfortable. Best clinic I've been to in gp. Even with a high volume of clients, the nurse answered every phone call. I definitely reccomend this clinic if anyone in the gp area is looking for a walk in or a new family doctor.

I had a bad experience in this clinic with the Doctor I just wanna share this experience we had so this will I brought my 7yrs old little girl because she had a feverr and cough, and to point that her back was pain, I told Doctor everythin she felt , infact while we are waiting for our turned outside she was already puking 5 times. So Doctor checked my daughter and he said that she just had a stomach flu and back sprain just give pain reliever . The next day still she was not okey we brought her in the other clinic " the after hour clinic" it's the same diogenose back sprain the following day I rush my daughter to emergency Doctors found out that she jus had a phenomenonia we flew to ednton by air ambulance we stay in the hospital for 11 days with the oxygen . Well thanks God the Doctors their are very good and the staff very helpful to us as well as the Social worker good job guys . Thank to all the Doctors and nurses , all the staff in Uneversity of Alberta Hispital, and course thank you too to all the staff in E.R . Queen Elizabeth Hospital. I hope walk in Clinic will do their best . Hope this will be lesson to learn to everybody .

I was misdiagnosed by three doctors and a ENT. After being at my wits end with a ongoing sore throat problem lasting about a 1yr to 1.5yrs and losing 50lbs of weight and counting by the day. I went to this clinic and seen Dr. Elwani first time I've ever cried in the Doctors office feeling helpless and at my wits end of not knowing what was wrong with me even after a Barium Swallow and CT Scan. Dr. Elwani knew right away what I had. After 3 rounds of antibiotics due to the length of time I had the infection for, he fixed me. It's 2 years later and my throat feels fantastic thanks to him. I am sooooo greatfull to have had him as my doctor. I feel he saved my life from the bacterial infection. I could never repay the hefty debt that I feel I owe this man. I'm sorry to see him leaving Grande Prairie. Dr. Elwani if you're reading this I want to Thank You for everything you have done for me it"s because of you is why I have my life back and I thank you.

Best walk-in around GP, very nice staff at front desk and short wait times. Doctor is very nice, listens and acts accordingly to what you have to say. This is the go to if you want to see a doctor that cares.

Haven't been here, but reading reviews of all the complaints regarding phone calls, the clinic should really hire someone for minimum wage and train them how to take calls, have them answer the calls outside of the waiting room as to avoid distraction. There single handed duty is to answer and address callers, appointment reminder calls, etc.

Amazing experience here. Went in to have my dermatitis treated. The doctor was so friendly, informative and patient. 1 week later and the medication he prescribed me totally got rid of my rash. So thankful! ❤

Was recommended this place by someone else. I was looking for a facial mole removal procedure to be done and the receptionist confirmed they could do it on site in the clinic. I guess the doctor wasn’t on the same page as the receptionist. :( He said he doesn’t do the procedure, despite me being told he did the day before. He sent me away for a referral (it’s been months and nothing has come through and no one at the clinic will pick up the phone for me to check back in with them. I know they say they can’t answers calls immediately, but like days of calling on our breaks, in half hour increments, isn’t enough time for someone to pick up the phone?). It was humiliating enough to ask for the procedure, but to have the doctor laugh and say it isn’t even necessary kind of sucked too. I wouldn’t have waited for 2.5 hours in the clinic and used my only day off in the week this way had they just been transparent with me. :( So disappointed..

Everyone who works at this clinic that I have encountered (my family doctor, is Dr. Mas Youseff) has been amazing with not only me, but my family as well. He has went above and beyond to diagnose our issues and some have been pretty hard to figure out. By far the best Dr. I've encountered in gp. As for the receptionist, she is wonderful and I always have the best interactions with her. She brightens my day everytime.

Worst service I've ever had. A doctor had given me medication for a health problem and when I called to say something is seriously wrong with my body, The lady at the front desk was extremely and I mean extremely rude!!! I didn't deserve to be talked to like that when I had a question. Avoid this office at all costs. They're just doing the job to get paid and could care less and your actual health!!!

Googles hours of operation say this walk in is open until 5pm, the hours on their door say they are open until 5pm, the phone msg they have says that they are open until 5pm. When I went in there today, and I did go in the door was open, the receptionist informs me that they close at 4pm or even 3:30pm. The clinic was empty, just the receptionist and Dr sitting behind the desk chatting. When I asked why everywhere they say they are open until 5pm, they receptionist told me they need that hour to clean. Not sure why they don’t indicate their actual hours of operation instead of ppl wasting their time. I could understand if they were maxed out with patients and stopped taking walk in due to being at capacity, but even the Dr was just sitting there, so I’m guessing there weren’t any patients in rooms. Very unprofessional.

This walk in clinic seems to not be a walk in clinic anymore, everyone had appointments!! Then one day they weren't taking walk ins?? Why call yourself a walk in? Some of us work weird oilfield schedules and can't make appointments and NEED walk ins lol

Went to a different walk in clinic in Grande Prairie because of a chronic cough, chest pains, and trouble breathing. The doctor prescribed me an asthma puffer and sent me on my way. A week went by and my symptoms got much worse, to the point i could barely breath. so I figured id get a second opinion at the Walmart clinic. The front desk ladies were great, wait time was minimal, the doctor was thorough and diagnosed me with pneumonia. Prescribed me the correct drugs and im feeling much better now!

My doctor is wonderful but his receptionist is NOT nice. She started out wonderful in person but every time was worse to deal with, and don't bother on the phone all you will get is rude right from the beginning. Blatantly lied to me (I had a person with me to hear my phone call). I am out of a medication I take and my pharmacy faxed for refill Monday. Called the office and was told the doctor was only in for another 10 minutes so no way I would get it same day but he would do it in the morning before abruptly hanging up. Thursday and my pharmacy still didn't receive it but the pharmacy has a confirmation fax that it was received. Call Friday at noon and am told they never received it and that none of their doctors fill rx over fax anyway(again I had somebody who heard the original call). I argue and she tells me no she remembers the call and that never happened and that I hung up on her. I am now not happy and she ends up hanging up on me. I called with no answer (more than once to try and get through) and she tells me I am harassing her now and she has notes that I have called every day this week and that she is making note that I am not permitted to come in before again hanging up. I have call records. I called Monday and Friday with nothing in between. I come into the office and she continues taking calls and checks in another patient after me telling me to move aside to social distance.

Called the Clinic to ask if I could get my children, the receptionist said come in, and that they take clients for another hour. I asked again, " if I leave now, will I make it in time". She said yes. Packed my kids up, drove into town. Get to the clinic and she ignored me, then helped two people who came in after me. She said to another client, we aren't take anymore patients. Why say come on in, if your not. Just say you don't know.

If I could give no stars I would. Went in for a simple request of a refill/prescription of something I know works great and was pushed to take a prescription of a pill he wanted to give me on a dose that in his words saying “probably too low” and go try it for 2 months and come back. To top it off he was not even in the room with me for 2 min and had it printed off. Just a way for them to push more patients through so they can make more money. I refuse to have these kinds of doctors not get reported so people know that they don’t care. Just want to have numbers pushed through.

It was not Shingles it was Hives (which I did mention to him that I get once in a while) He doesn't seem to like when you have another professional helping you out with SSRI's. But the Men in my house really like him. Again, the Receptionist is GREAT! She gets you in and out with a smile.

This was the worst clinic that I have ever been too. The receptionist was rude and bossy. The way that she spoke to patients including me was atrocious. The doctor was of ?? Nationality wearing a mask, being particularly deaf I couldn’t understand a word he spoke. He was very impatient. Don’t go to this walk-in. There are others that are better suited to your needs.

I was in and out writhing 45 mins from time I walked in to the time I left. 8 ppl were ahead of me so that’s saying a lot. The doctor (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was helpful and made me feel comfortable. Will go back and 100% recommend.

The receptionist told me they had reached their capacity at 2:40pm and that I could not see the doctor to have my prescription refilled. There was not a single person in the waiting room and their hours of operation are until 5pm. When I asked for clarification, the receptionist interrupted me and firmly told me no, if you don’t leave I will call security. Zero customer service skills. All I wanted was an explanation because it didn’t make sense.

Doctors are awesome but the receptionist is very rude.she do not even bother to give you an update on your upcomjng appointment and do not give any update about location change,very rude on phone and in-person. I would rate less than 1 star if I could. The staff is horrible, they dont answer the phone. Also they won't transfer full medical records when they deny you as a patient. They have scammed my father who is a senior. Avoid it at all costs.

I went through a period where I had to frequently visit the doctors office, I'm talking at least once a week. And during my months of repeating this process I grew very fond of Dr. Elbeshti. He always sent me for tests to reaffirm that he believed what was going on with me. Stayed with me through ups and downs. And now here I am, we have diagnosed 2 autoimmune disorders for me after a long process. But I couldn't have done it without Dr Elbeshti. He is hands down the best doctor I've ever had.

Not sure about the doctor as I didn't get past reception. The minute I walked through the door she demanded I take my boots off, I was still on the entry mat. I asked if they have boot covers (which is standard in most clinics) instead of just saying no, she proceeded to tell me to "just take them off, we don't need you tracking water all over our clean floors" mind you the rug in front of reception is filthy. So I take my boots off, and wait. I understand receptionists can be busy and I'm ok waiting, but she ignored me and started chatting away to, what I assume is a regular, someone that came in after me. Rude, and unfriendly, not sure why she needs to put on airs. I won't be coming back.
