When I first called in to ask some questions, Kadija was so helpful and answered everything so kindly. Dr. Hong was was very knowledgeable and explained things to me really well. Kadija helped me pick the perfect frames out and she just couldn't have been any better with her knowledge, making the experience really comforting or been any more of a sweetheart! Can't wait to pick my new glasses up soon!! Thank you & your team!

Visque has wonderful customer service, that is very fast and well organized. Breanna went above and beyond, telling me the specifics of my prescription. My experience was fast and very accommodating to my busy plans throughout the day. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great eye doctors office!

Kadija assisted me a couple weeks ago with my contacts, I have never had contacts and didn't think I would ever. Kadija didn't quit on me and was the absolute best and now I am a contact wearer. The staff are amazing ???? - I enjoy my time at the eye doctor.

I had had an excellent experience at this store. It has been the store of choice for my eye care since 2007. The people are really friends li, appointments are timely, and the quality and variety of glasses they sell is amazing. Overall, I keep going back...they are awesome.

Hunt Therapy

Optometrist appointment Jan 6, 2021. Safety glasses ordered same day. Week 10, still no glasses. The staff are attempting to keep me content with weekly updates, how ever, I ordered glasses because mine were broken. Still broken, and have ordered/received 3 pairs online. 10 weeks... come on now. The initial visit was great, friendly and helpful. The optometrist was good as well.

I called this afternoon, they got me in same day, ordered some glasses and contacts. They direct billed, and the ladies were extremely helpful, even though they were having some technical difficulties. They handled them really well. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Very disappointed. Have had glasses for five months and they broke. Had to use glue as I was away from home. Would not give me the warranty coverage because of the glue even though they could not fix them and had to order whole new frames. The manager was very rude.

LOVE this place .. the staff is always so friendly and willing to help you find the right glasses for your likes, face shape, needs etc. I literally RAN over a very expensive pair of prescription glasses (plastic)... and they replaced the frames and molded the frames back to like new condition (they never broke in half .. just bent). AMAZING .. can not say enough good things about the staff. Also the optometrists are very friendly and so great with kids!

Bought a pair of clip on's, which they told me wouldn't scratch my frames and low and behold my new frames were getting scratched. Tried to come in the next day to return them and told them about the scratches they were leaving and yet they did nothing. Such a shame. Edit: they gave me a call and gave me a refund 2 days later, so happy to hear.

I strongly recommend the teams both at the Westgate FYI Doctors & Prairie mall(Visique) locations. I just ordered a new pair of glasses(frames & lenses), and I have to say that the staff were the most friendliest people that I had ever dealt with in a very long time. Corrina, Kadija, and Taylor all went over and beyond with helping me out, went under my budget, and found me some frames that were pretty much identical to the frames I bought 7 years ago from Aurora Eye Care that aren't available anymore, but for way less money. Thank you all again so much for everything you did to helping me out, the customer service was amazing!!!!

It was my 2nd time in this Clinic/Store. All of the Staff are very friendly, Taylor assisted me in doing my insurance. Dr. Morley is an amazing Doctor. He explains everything, and very accommodating. The best staff that they have is Kadija, very warm and friendly. Very accommodating. My very first time to be assisted by staff who truly values their customers. All of their staff at Visique Grande Prairie are AMAZING! I truly recommend this Eye Clinic.

The ladies here at the Prairie Mall location have always been so friendly and helpful I always leave with a smile on my face! I had the best experience today there with the assistant who did all my tests and eye doctor herself. They are so so great and friendly and absolutely made my day!
