Time management is very misplaced here and don't think your doing the peace country a huge favor. We are all paying customers.

When you go for an appointment, you wait 40+ minutes because 3 other people has an appointment at the same time. Usually when you make an "appointment" its to be there, in and out, at that time.

Just started with Dr. Young and now I'm two weeks into my new orthotics. All going very well so far. Dr. Young and his staff are friendly and help you fully understand what the process is all about. Dr. Young answered every question I had. Looking forward to my check-up visits.

After years of coming here, they ordered wrong orthotic. Wouldn't back their mistake. Total rip off. Would not recommend. Other places in the city offer same or better service at lower price!

Dr Young is a very skilled Dr with great knowledge in what he is doing. He is also a very good people person and I would recommend him to anyone. The late hours and Saturday availability was also very convenient because at least I didn’t have to take time off work to get things taken care of. Our last names are the same but we are not related, so the review is very legitimate and in no way skewed.

Dr. Young is always late. Many times I have gone there and with only two people in the waiting room yet it took him over 2 hours to see me, and spend two minutes with me. Don't have anything planned for the rest of your day because you will be sitting there forever.
