The front desk staff is always pleasant to deal with and our hygienist, Crystal, is always upbeat and positive and makes the experience a good one for our entire family. Dr. Sarah Piepgrass-Gander is so kind and sweet and is absolutely wonderful with our kids. Overall it's always a great experience and I'm so happy I chose to switch to this dental office after many years elsewhere; I wish I would have done it sooner!

I have been going to this location since I can remember going to the dentist. It changed names some. But I got my teeth worked on by Chelsea today and I got to say it was the best dental experience to date (I generally dislike going to the dentist). Friendly enough folks and an easy to get to location.

They are very helpful and they got me in right away and as soon as I told them my teeth problem's they had me in their office in 2 hours ....they sure made my day, an I recommend them all the time They are also EXCELLENT with children but that's only if your child is able to sit in the dentist chair. If your child can do that, and sit still then they got it made the staff is awesome with I've brought my 6 year old grandson 2 times to get a tooth extracted and both times he sat in the chair . I didn't actually think that he would ask me to bring him again to the dentist again. Than when his other tooth started bothering him , that's when he asked me to bring him to the dentist again. Everything was good and when they were done they gave him lots of TREATS ????????????????????????????......they are the only place that I will go to ????????????

The Staff, from Reception to Dentist, know who I am and treat me and my family like a people not just an invoice. They take the time to check in after procedures, they explain what and how procedures work and what the options are before proceeding. I have referred Friends and Family because I am confident they will get the same amazing treatment me and my Family have.

I had a lovely visit with Smiles4U dental on March 12. As usual, I did not have to wait long and had a great visit with the hygienist. I had my teeth cleaned and scaled (I think that is what they call it). Anyway, she always gives me such good advice and when I complained about the dental floss I was using she recommended some alternatives I might like better and gave me some samples. I am grateful for the care I have received in the 24 years we have been patients there. At 67 years of age, good dental care becomes more important to overall health than ever!!

This dental office was horrible, I got my wisdom teeth taken out August 16, 2018, they were supposed to use IV sedation and I was supposed to not remember anything, but I remember everything and the Dentist was really mean and pushy and wouldn’t give me a minute to breathe because I was terrified. DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE.

I was running late due to weather and they called to confirm I was still coming and upon learning I was running late they were very understanding. My hygienist was friendly and very thorough and answered all questions I had. The office staff was quick to check me out afterwards and gave me a few options to book my upcoming appointments. I had four wisdom teeth extractions earlier this week at Smiles4U dental. The experience was very good. Pat and Dr. Piepgrass were very friendly and made me feel calm about the process. I was partially sedated and I hardly remember a thing. I was in and out in less than an hour. Zero post-op complications, and very minimal swelling and bruising. Went way better than I expected!

Was referred here for my gum graft. First surgery I have ever had. They made me feel very comfortable and they are knowledgeable, kept me calm and the surgery was a breeze! I would recommend going here for a gum graft if you ever needed one done :)

I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a broken tooth. From the x-ray it seemed that I would need either a bridge or an inserted tooth. When the dentist examined the affected tooth more carefully, she saw that it could be filled and crowned instead, which we are proceeding to do. I am very pleased with the smooth feel of the filling.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they're so great at their job. I just had two implants done two days ago. I didn't take the sedation as I know how good Dr Michael is at his art. Everything went really well with the sinus lift and bone grafting that was done about six months ago. The cleanliness standards in this office are above and beyond. There's no way you're leaving with the chance of contracting anything. That's for sure. They follow up making sure you're not in pain and that everything is going well. My procedure was fairly invasive and my pain level is a solid zero with no pain meds. The pricing is provincial guide so no price gouging that speaks volumes. This dental office treats you like people not a dollar sign. Dr Michael has fixed a couple of problems without the big price tag on fancier options. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Crystal is an amazing hygienist and the girls out front are so nice. Ten stars ????

I went in for a tooth extraction and was very nervous. Everyone was so kind and patient and took the time to answer all of my question. The sedation was just right and I hardly remember anything the day after. Minimal swelling and pain. I would not hesitate to go back and use their services.

I absolutely love this office. I have been going to Dr Piepgrass for years. He is honest and practical. He tells me what I need and why with out being pushy. He cares and wants what is best for my family and I. I would recommend going to see him for any dental work you will need. Not all dentist are created the same but someone created him just to take care of teeth and it shows. 5++ stars
