At the moment this business gets a score of 2.5 stars out of 5 and the rating has been based on 53 reviews.
As you can read, it has an average rating is really scarce, and it's based on a high number of opinions, so we may conclude that the evaluation is quite faithful. If many people have bothered to give their opinion when they've done well with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to write tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Doctor belongs to the category of Walk-in clinic.
Once the dr starts figured out your sick and it’s beyond what they can do they fire you as a patient and leave you with no prescription and no dr
Just awful. They close at 5pm and we got there at 3:15pm and they said their walk-in was closed. An hour and 45 minutes early closing a public walk-in....just awful
Staff was friendly and wait times were short. Dr. Lee was quick and friendly as well. Don't know why all the negative reviews really. Went there on purpose almost looking for the negative. Couldn't really find anything on my first visit. Well done.
December 15th 2017 I am waiting more than an hour but they put an lunch break notice. It's pretty unprofessional. I will not recommended anyone to visit there unless they have more than couple of hours to waste
If I can give the Drs a rating I would give them 10 stars but I gave the stuff 1 because they are the worse assistants I have ever encountered in my life . They should do another job if they are so unhappy and grumpy as their face. They look so unapproachable and mad all the time like they don’t care you are sick it’s very unprofessional!!!
Dr. Jomha is amazing! The ladies at the front are quite rude tho
Staff is rude, very rude! Doctors don't care and you will be waiting a long time. DO NOT COME HERE, YOU WILL HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE!
I'd be able to give a more detailed review if I could make an appointment. But for that to happen someone has to answer their phone. And that just ain't happening
The only reason why I gave this clinic one star is because there is nothing lower than one star. This must be the worst clinic one can choose to take their medical needs. The wait time on average is more than 2 hours. The clinic does nothing to improve the wait time. The nurses at the desk are very conceded and rude. I asked a nurse how long until I see a doctor after 2 hours of waiting. Her reply might as well have been, "Everyone else is waiting, why can't you wait." The clinic maybe hires one doctor to work each day to purposely make patients' visit as miserable as possible. These nurses need to learn how to treat sick people with respect and patience. The person who owns and operates the clinic also needs to realize how unhappy the walk in patients are. Do not accept walk ins when you are capable of treating them as patients.
Changed their hours but didnt bother fixing it on the sign or website.
Front line staff is very unfriendly and do not provide accurate information about hours of service.
Rude lady at the front desk, and A rude Doctor. Spoke to me like I was an object, and not a human. Just gave me an antibiotic and told me goodbye.
The wait time was only a half hour. The doctor was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. The appointment was quick and relaxed. Very much appreciate the help I received.
Walkin times are ridiculous. Got there for opening and didn't get in till 12:30. Took forever for them to see my baby.
After sitting for over an hour, I was told I was "forgotten" and had to rebook another time. -1 ⭐️
If the woman who answers the phone is any indication of what they are like there, then Ill never set foot. Im permitted to be concerned about who is treating me. I would have been subjected to one of those women being in the room, and belive me if she thinks its acceptable to be so rude on the phone I can only imagine what she is like in the room. Monsters hiding behind positions of care. Im contacting BBB. I am permitted to ask questions, and I see that You Are The Problem! I have to give one star, its a big zero in my opinion. This is what the poor ppl of GP have to deal with. Disgusting!
went in to get a injury form for work and was scheduled to revisit, when i arrived for the revisit was informed the doctor went on vacation so i have to see the other doctor. he had no idea what was going on and once i told him everything he had no idea what to do to follow up, he just looked at me and asked what i wanted. I needed the form to return to work and he hands me a f-ing doctors note..... waste of a week waiting for them, never go here if you can. (paid 25$ for a form that said "Is good for modified duties" literally all he wrote was what i said/ my work had no idea what i was allowed or not to do)
Short wait time to get into appointment. Friendly staff. I have Dr. Suzan Darif for my Dr. She is very up to date, on the go, friendly and she cares. Great bedside manner. Thank-You Dr Darif.
The automated phone message said they were open, I I drove into town to find a locked door and a closed sign. Terrible customer service.
Every time I’ve gone they’ve been very friendly and have quick service.
Awful service. Wait times are crazy and they seem to let whoever they want through first not who registered first
Their hours are a lie. They'll shorten their walk in hours by half the day somedays. Their staff is rude and the only star they get is that the actual doctors are good.
they don't care about walk-in patients. yes, they will admit you and everything. but they won't help you with what to do after you get your results. they will just explain it to you and that's it. if you're really concerned with a person/patient, you may at least suggest something or give an idea of what to do. rather than saying that "it's not my body, so I won't be deciding of what to do next". REALLY???!!!
Wait time was decent the dr was amazing, helped me out big time would suggest
This used to be the best walk-in around. Now they are a waste of time. I have been seeking help with a few different things for a while now. It's apparent this clinic never even sent the referrals that they said they were. My wife had 2 that we never heard back from and I had 3 that I never heard back from. This is a great clinic, if you want to waste your time.
Awesome customer service. Very polite. Take the time to really listen to your problems even when they are really busy. Highly recommend
Very unhelpful, called the clinic to get info about my test results, she would not give me an appointment and told me I would have to come back through the walk-in to discuss with the doctor. The doctor had previously told me he would be my family doctor although she refused to even ask him because it was not written in the chart. She did not put in any effort whatsoever and then hung-up. Zero for customer service, zero for professionalism, zero for communication.
Negative 1 out of 5 stars .. Wait time was not bad by my doctor was a piece of ???? I was in the middle of talking to him and he just stopped listening to me and started talking to my son all I wanted was a refil on my prescription i have had over 5 years now and it seemed to be a problem for him He was rude and not a people person very unprofessional of a doctor if you ask me.
It was a long wait, but walk in isn’t ? I was really pleased with the doctor i seen about my son. He actually cared and wanted to make sure he was all right.
The staff are friendly and efficient.
I wish I could write a review based on an episode which actually involved treatment for an illness or injury. Instead I will have to describe the "treatment" received by my mother at reception. On the morning of Wednesday, February 19th,2014, my Mother was taken to the Superstore clinic. She had edema (swelling of the legs and feet) and was very disoriented. The receptionist could not accept her for treatment, even though she has an Alberta Health Care card, because she has no photo I.D. My mother is 86 years old and has not had a Driver's license, passport or any other type of photo I.D. for nearly a decade. She has resided in a long term care facility for the past 10 years as well. The reason she was taken to Superstore clinic in the first place is because we were hoping for something like a 1 1/2 hour wait rather than the 5 hour wait in emergency at the hospital. At least the hospital accepts all people in need of medical help regardless of whether they have photo I.D. My mother, who has lived in Alberta since she was born here nearly 9 decades ago, made the mistake of giving up her identity as a person when she realized it wasn't safe for her to drive anymore. I would give this facility zero stars out of five.
Bogus, man.
Reception was fast, efficient, friendly, with a flare of humour. Dr. Sam Elbeshti was amazing. He listened to everything I had to say, conducted his exams in a thorough and professional manner, and had a pleasant easy going demeanor. I would recommend you call ahead to schedule a loose appointment, otherwise wait times could be somewhat egregious. I felt my health was looked after properly and effectively. Thank you team!
Quick wait times. The doctor I had here was nice, professional and very genuine. Would highly recommend.
Wait time was short and Dr. Lee was very thorough.
On average your looking at a 1-2 hour wait time but the staff are really friendly!
The Walmart clinic, front staff is amazing dr elbeshti is great and caring. The MOA that tends the front does enough work for two people. She keeps that clinic clean organized and running on point all the time. With all the frustration in todays world it is nice to walk into a clinic where you feel the doctors and MOA have your best interest at heart.
It was my turn at the desk and the woman was on the phone so I patiently waited until she was done. She hung up the phone, shuffled some papers around and did something on her computer then just stopped and glared at me without saying a word for a good 15 seconds before I meekly said "Hi..." and that I'd like to see a doctor. Made me super uncomfortable. Most of the docs are nice though.
Took two hours to see the doctor (who was very nice), but the support staff are terrible. I have been calling for a couple of dayzls to check in on my diagnostic results and they don't even bother to pick up the phone.
Never waited 45 minutes for a previously made appointment in my life. Great clinic if you like watching everyone else that came in after you go first or you have all afternoon to sit there.
Don't expect a smile or even a hello from the girls at reception. They're horrible. Once you get past them, the actual doctors are lovely.
I would Recommend this place to everybody Very professional and very sanitary The girl at the front was very kind and nice And the doctor was wonderful . Had no wait time But phone first ????????????????????
Was pretty relieved to only have an hour wait at walk in (Thursday afternoon 12-1)
I was skeptical coming here based on some of the previous reviews. Based on my own experience, this is a great clinic. My doctor (Dr. Jomha) was extremely helpful and professional, and scheduled follow-up appointments with me to ensure I was getting better. It felt like he cared, and that is something you don’t always receive in the health industry.
Never a long wait (my longest wait time is 20 mins). Dr's listen and actually look at your issues, and don't jump to their prescription pads right away.
Clinic is only open for 4 hours on Saturdays (today). 40 minutes since opening and the doctor has still not shown up for work. Waiting room is completely full with people outside. Unacceptable for doctor to be this late.
Been here since they opened at 9 o’clock it’s now 12:20 and still haven’t got in we have seen people come and go good thing I’m not dying
Doctor is 2 hours late .... Seems like it's a reoccurring issue here. Thanks doctor for wasting my day and the 12 other people waiting for you.
The wait time was quick when we were there. The admin was kind and professional. But what I was really satisfied about, that had me eager to write a positive review is the doctor we had, Dr. Suzan Darif. She was genuine and clearly cared about our needs; she was kind and fun, an uplifter, knowledgeable, professional and didn't rush through important conversations.
This clinic is absolutely awful, if you are in a rush or have something to do that day , do not bother going in. Five patients left and it took them over 30 minutes to call one more person in, as soon as patients were leaving no one else was called in. The lady who walked me into the room didn’t even smile or ask how my day was.
