Both myself & my fiancé made appointments for hearing tests here. Turns out we just mumble & have excellent hearing ???? The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The appointments were quick & professional. The facility is immaculately cleaned & all COVID policies are in place & enforced. I was very pleased with my experience.

Went to get hearing aid reciever fixed. I wanted to change it myself because they were busy but they wouldn't let me. Had to wait half an hour not being able to hear properly and missing work because of it. When they finally "change it" they put the same one back in. Didn't even do it well. The receiver was loose and the top pin holding the case together wasn't replaced all the way back in. There isn't even any need to remove this pin to change the reciever. I found a website to order receivers online. Everything works great now.

Excellent, friendly service! I was looking for customized ear protection. The first set came back inaccurate but they quickly remolded my ears and the second set came back perfect! Throughout the process I was assured that my comfort and satisfaction were their priority, and that was certainly the case!

What a positive and professional atmosphere. Admitting to needing hearing aides is never easy, but the staff here is friendly, very knowledgeable and informative. They made sure to accommodate my schedule as I had to come from out of town. I was put at ease immediately and felt comfortable discussing my needs and reservations. I highly recommend anyone who thinks or knows they have a hearing loss to call and make an appointment. You will not be sorry.

If you are in need of a hearing test or hearing aids, this is the place to go. Very friendly staff who welcomed me as soon as I walked in for my appointment. After my test the clinician went over with me my results and explained to me what type of hearing loss I had and why I could hear some sounds while others I had difficulty. I got all my questions and concerns answered during my visit. I would recommend this place to get your hearing done.

Terrible service ! This morning my son and I had an appointment at Prairie Hearing there was a slight mis-communication with the time ...he was booked for 9:30am but we had it written done as 9:50am as we walk in the lady at the front counter very rudely says "Your appointment was at 9:30am so we will not be able to see you today as we will not have time to do the paper work...at this time there were no other patients in the waiting room nor had any come in and out in the ten minutes I had waited outside for my son to arrive! I mentioned to her that there must have been a slight misunderstanding about appointment times and that he had taken the day off, could they pls see him..she shakes her head and says I guess he will have to take another day off:(( We leave and call another place (great service) they book us in for 10am and had my son in and out by 10:30...while they had a full reception area...not like prairie hearing...but I can see as to why they would not be busy with service like today!! Not to mention the other place was cheaper so out of every negative there is a positive! I will not or would not recommend Prairie hearing to anyone!!
