Dr. Chana is very professional and takes his time, not rushing the procedure. Paula is brilliant, very accommodating and all the nurses that looked after Ella were very helpful and down to earth. I recommend using them for your teenagers braces. ????

Our daughter Karma has been going to Ortho 101 for a year now and we are beyond happy with service and results!! Everyone is pleasant and super easy to deal with and they really take the time to explain the whole treatment plan. We had a consult at another place in town and not only was it $1500 more than at Ortho 101 but they insisted my daughter needed oral surgery (due to an impacted adult tooth not descending down on its own) but after Dr. Chana saw her X-rays from our dental office he was confident he could bring it down without major oral surgery under anesthesia! Well he did just that and it came down just as he said it would, not only saving my a thousand or two in oral surgery bills but saving my daughter the stress going under anesthesia. Our son is now getting braces there as well and we are confident and trust the team there that his results will be just as good! Thanks to Dr.Chana, Paula, Debbie, and Angie at Ortho 101 !!!!

The team at Ortho 101 treats all their patients with exceptional customer care! My family feels at ease and the team is gentle with children and very knowledgeable. Dr Chana goes above and beyond to make children feel at ease and takes the time to explain treatment options to both patient and parents, never adding unnecessary treatment. Very professional atmosphere and the office staff is accommodating to all schedules.

I absolutely love Dr. Chana. Although my invisalign did take longer than originally expected, my patience paid off! Booking appointments were easy and I had to cancel a few times due to schedule changes, and they were more than accommodating. No complaints!

I was so incredibly impressed that our consult was entirely free, including an X-ray. This is not an industry standard but it is so helpful to families trying to make the decision about how to proceed with dental care. Dr Chana was very personable and friendly, my son enjoyed him and we felt well informed about our options. The whole team there was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Dr. Chana went above and beyond after another clinic reattached my bottom wire causing my bottom teeth to move. I was devastated at the mess I was left with, aside from my teeth having moved they had used way too much glue. I had wore braces under Dr. Caisley for 5 years and took great pride in my teeth. I had no intention of returning for round two and remembered someone on fb recommending Ortho 101. As I had already been a patient of Dr. Caisley’s, Dr. Chana took me on as a patient for a very reasonable fee, fixed my bottom teeth and attached a new wire. I had reservations about another wire after all the glue in my gum line from the reattach nightmare but I agreed and am I ever glad. Best bottom wire installation yet!! Thank you Debbie ???? Dr. Chana and his staff are the only clinic I would recommend and trust me I do my research before letting anyone work on my teeth.
