Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and has an aggressive and authoritative way to speak to parents trying to book an appointment for their child. They do not allow walk ins (COVID), they do not answer calls, they do not allow for messages to be left on voicemail, and they do not communicate via email. Not sure how we will get our child the care they deserve......feeling helpless

Dr Odaibo is wonderful, he's really good with my daughter and makes sure you understand what's going on with your child.

Well my experience here sucks i have repeatedly asked for his paper work for my son for years to help to get a teacher or someone else to help him ive asked this doctor to give me a anything for diagnosis for my son but nothing and teachers aid will help but it would help if this so called doctor would write it down and send it its been over 10 years ive asked for it and nothing its so frustrating and he does not know how to call back I REPEAT THIS DOCTOR HAS DONE NOTHING FOR US FOR TEN YEARS NOTHING WHAT A WASTE OF TIME TO GO SEE HIM

I just had my first experience with Dr. Odaibo and his office staff (actually I had talked with his staff a couple of times previous, and both times, as well as during our visit, she was very helpful, caring, and just quite nice to deal with). As soon as we sat down in his office, I immediately had a good feeling. He was VERY thourough in his assessment of my son, and took everything into account. He listened & looked at everything I had to offer and was very polite. He gave me a lot of great information, and his professional opinion, yet did it in a way that didn't undermine me as a parent and left me feeling very hopeful (we have done a lot before going to see a doctor). I also REALLY appreciated how near the end, after all of the information was exchanged, he asked me what I was expecting to get out of this appointment - like what I was hoping for, the end result. It took me by surprise, as doctors normally just give their opinions and that's gospel, but he listened and helped me get to a comfortable end result. I was not left feeling bereft. I am VERY happy and hopeful (after many years of great frustration, despair & sadness), and am extremely glad that I was referred to him. A very pleasant, caring, intelligent man, and wonderful staff! Thank you!

My first visit to his office I waited 2 hours over my scheduled appointment time with a newborn in tow. He rushed through a check up.. Told me oh his soft spot is very small you u need to monitor it and come back in 6 months... He didn't explain why he had no soft spot at a month old and the dangers it could cause and he also did no follow up over the next 6 months to insure the bones in his head weren't fuzeing and cause potential brain damage :/ it was up to me to get him checked monthly and I asked them to email him progress reports on my own. If I Haden's done my own research who knows what coulda happened with out me having so much as a clue and potentially waiting 6 months to find out the situation got worse. I wasn't very impressed with this experience to say the least

Dr. Odaibo has been involved in our son's well being since his birth, and has worked within the excellent GP pediatric team to ensure he has received the best available care. When it was necessary, Dr. Odaibo and Dr. Aws did not hesitate to refer us when a specialists intervention was required, and although it was not straightforward, Dr. Odaibo had drawn upon his experience and technical expertise to provide an accurate diagnosis. We have also felt confident in the continuing care our son has received for less urgent issues, and with the great care we have received he is doing very well. Our visits to Dr. Odaibo's clinic have been timely and enjoyable thanks to his great team and friendly bedside manner. We appreciated his candor, thoughtful approach and taking the time to explain everything to us. Dr. Odaibo is a testament to our exemplary Albertan pediatric health care, we are very fortunate to have our son in his care.
