Be sure you have an appointment in this weather, and hope you don’t have to wait outside. Ridiculous that you have to wait in your car, but not everyone has a vehicle, so much stand outside after walking or busing there. Health services creating health problems

They want the public to make appointments instead of walk in. This is great if the public is aware. The doctor’s office is not informing their patients. So if you have to get lab work done and don’t know about the change you get to a least an hour plus.

Not great waited 1 hour to realize the walk-in clinc doesn’t even open til 8:30. No apology, nothing just that’s how it works. Would never go back you time is not important here

Dr Labuschagne is the best family doctor! The front desk staff are friendly, polite and professional. They all do their best to accommodate our schedules and get us taken care of in a timely manor.

I’ve been going to this clinic for many years and never had an issue once. The ladies at the front counter are awesome! Dr. Bartie and Dr. Hatting are friendly and very professional.

I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. ( my daughters is 5'11") It will make a huge difference!
