Dr.s are fantastic. Great hours! The older front reception and triage staff are so horribly rude without fail... every time. My adult family has already bravely told the doctors that their establishment is being very poorly represented out front. I took a person there for help, very last nerve in absolute brokenness and were treated as if they were a drug addict... and I quote, "Everyone knows about Ativan". What ??? Yes! A random assumption after the paperwork said the reason for coming in was anxiety and depression! (First timer- A huge step to admit the need for help.) Patient was sent back to the waiting-room and told that they are a grown up person now, "You don't need to be here." It turns out the person needing serious help had no idea what Ativan was. They had to ask me. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of people.

Came for care at 4:15pm. I was turned away because it was already full. It opens at 5pm. I only came early in case of a line up. I get it, it's a friday, on a long weekend. One of the receptionists were nice. Other shorter grumpy one wasn't. The nice lady apologized & said it booked up fast because only one Doctor showed up. I guess 35+ people will take well past 10pm when they close. I guess you can only have medical problems when its convenient for everyone else. My one star is for the nice receptionist.

Please save your precious health and valuable time and don't go there. The most ignorant and unprofessional doctor I've ever seen (and being a pharmacist I've seen many). Reviews won't lie this is the worst place in town and sadly enough, managers do not care.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Was referred here from the Health Link due to health issue that needed to be dealt within a few hours (healthlink said). Walked in the clinic and had a miserable lady with an attitude state “ come back tomorrow at 10am we don’t help clients this close to close.” I didn’t even have a chance to say anything. It was 45 minutes before they closed and there was no clients in the building. They would lock the doors if they are closed but i felt it was just plain laziness and refusal to possibly stay late. Clinic needs to be reported to be reviewed. Not the first bad thing I’ve heard about this clinic.

Took my girlfriend here for tonsillitis she had for 4-5 days and severe ear ache as well, they gave her no medication whatsoever and told her to keep using painkillers which she had been doing. Not sure if medication is needed in this scenario but she has received medication for her tonsillitis from this location before even when it wasn’t as severe. Receptionist was apparently rude and demeaning as well. Extremely displeased. Follow up, apparently her ear aches means she requires treatment, worst customer care I could’ve expected, how can this place be open still?

Went twice here for 3 hr waits. First doctor asked me and did the exact same things the nurse who just looked at me did. Second one didn't even look into my problem at all and said that the problem will simply go away when it's actually been getting worse. This was after he came in to the room, then took a 5 minute cellphone call then came in and proceeded to do not a thing. No wonder this place has terrible reviews.

Old grouchy receptionist let's people go in before you when you wait at the door. People that just arrived and get out of their vehical get in before the ones that wait by the door. I reported her to AHS. I was ensured she will be dealt with accordingly. They said there has been numerous complaints about her. So hopefully something is done this time.

Expencive for small livong quarters however this facility brings full services to the doors of elders and disabled who might be able to afford or need. It's also behind Home Depo building supplies, next to Walmart, Casino, Staples in a bit farther distances. For those who might be visiting and doing some shopping from outside of the city.

A great clinic with sociable staff. At 5.00 pm, the receptionist explained to patients the way to proceed by starting with house keeping, sitting arrangements, and filling out the clip boards and so on. The nurse that attended to me was very nice and she knows her onions. The doctor’s assistant that led me to the doctor’s office was very caring. She said to me as I was sitting down, “Thank you for waiting”, which means that she cares and she knew that just like other patients, I had been waiting to see a doctor for about an hour. That is what you call a good customer service. Finally, I don’t know the reason why there are so many bad reviews for the walk- in clinic. Some people are so negative. It is not good.

Unless you go early, don't bother. 5 people in the waiting room and 2 hours til closing, and still turned away, not once but twice. Believe the reviews. It used to be good when it was beside Revolution place.

We went there exactly 5pm for the lady earlier told us to come back at 5. Then when we get there a lady show’s up and block the door, told us that we should come at 5? I show the time and insist that we should come 4:45 pm and drove us away. What a waste of time and effort to go to this place.

I do not recommend this place. I've had multiple bad experiences, and is usually with the staff. One notable experience for me when I was in a bad place with my mental health, i was struggling so i wanted to reach out. I wanted to know their resources for counseling, or if they do it. It was empty, and I go up to the front desk. The receptionist was on her phone, I'm assuming she's busy with something important, and being in a negative state of mind, it's tough to even talk to others. I waited 2 minutes before I said something, THEN she put the phone down. I'm guessing it wasn't work related because the salty, deadpan expression on this grinches face said it all. I asked if they had resources for counseling. She tells me "well have you checked out icat?", and I'm thinking if I would have known about them, I would have went, but I'm here because I'm looking for resources. I kind of tell her that. She pauses for a moment, then tells me to fill out a forum, without any reason to. So I don't know why I'm filling out this forum, but I do. After filling it out, I gave it back, and she looks at it and tells me to take a seat. Again, no information, and I'm left choked and alone in my negative mental state. Minutes later she gets up, only to go mingle and joke with the staff in the back. I left shortly after that. That's not how I would want anyone who struggles with mental health, let alone someone who is actively trying to reach out instead of harming themselves in any way. I've had a few salty experiences with the person doing the covid front door screening, too. Like, why. This isn't a good place to go to.

The doctors here are wonderful! The receptionist was extremely rude towards my family and others. She would let certain people in before others even if they came beforehand. Would only recommend coming if absolutely necessary.

Everytime I go in here the older nurses show absolutely no compassion. If you don’t want to deal with people you shouldn’t have become a nurse. I always get the grumpy, old, blonde nurse that cuts me off midsentence and acts like I’m not really sick. I try to avoid going to this clinic but it’s the only one I know of that is open after 10pm and emergency takes forever. If you can avoid this place, do! Somebody please report this place to AHS so they can get back in line and do their jobs properly.

Each and every time I go into this establishment, the front desk lady is ALWAYS rude, ignorant and lacks compassion. The other nurses in the back do not stick up for the patients but let her treat people badly. The doctors are worse, they actually tried to tell me that I wasn’t the biological parent of my children OR guardian. They always prescribe medication that my daughter is allergic to. They tell me to just go to my family doctor, which I would if it wasn’t an after hours need and it’s not a medical emergency to go to the ER. I always try to avoid this place as much as I can because I always leave in tears and extremely frustrated. They do not have the better interest of their patients and act annoyed with you. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. I caution you that.

I called into the After Hours centre to ask if there was somebody who could write my pharmacist a prescription for my anti-depressants (which I have been on for years). The receptionist was rude, and very clearly didn't care about my situation. I am immuno-compromised and I also broke my ankle 3 weeks ago. Even tho I was polite with her and I know its not her fault that doctors are busy, she told me a doctor had to legally "see me" to do so. Then she told me their hours and hung up on me. With covid, I do not want to risk exposure by being in a clinic when I dont need to be. Either way, the receptionist clearly shouldn't be working in a customer service field.

Husband was referred for pain clinic by his Veterans Affairs Caseworker. They did nothing for him. Physio made him hurt more, the nurse refused to sign paperwork just because she only seen him 1 could she not called him and say I need to see you again. His case worker said she has tried getting a hold of him since dec yeah never happened. The pain clinic is good for those just recently diagnosed but not someone that has been dealing with his own pain for 27 years like hello

A ton of these negative reviews are about the after-hours clinic, & I totally understand Health Scare Canada. lol For minimizing/curing pain, meeting dieticians, etc., I’m happy this organization exists. They even have a podcast for those who might learn/enjoy on-the-go, or in their cave. ;)

Waited a little more than 2 hrs which is typical I imagine. Most staff were nice except the nurse that reviewed me before seeing the doctor. She rolled here eyes at my problem...stomach and chest pain. I almost stood up and left the building. Doctors assessment was adequate.

I feel bad about calling and trying to get my test results over phone. I was just frustrated because i wasnt in province at the time and how she couldnt just tell me if i was positive or not. But its all confidential and i shouldve known. I thank the front desk lady for trying to see if she could release my results and when she couldnt, keeping my results confidential as there is no way to confirm who you are over phone. This place has been nothing but good and everybody is always really nice. If i could over 5 ☆

Saw Dr. Mumert this evening. She was rude right from the start, kept cutting my sister off, wouldn't let her finish a sentence, she asked "I'm not sure what you expect from me especially in a walk in clinic". If she had listened at all she would have known what we expected, starting with professionalism in which she had none. To say we were angry when we were leaving was an understatement. And when I asked the staff who we could complain to they had no idea. Real helpful... I do not recommend at all.

terrible receptionist, she is so grumpy. but everyone else is so friendly except her. If you are not a canadian, you can feel her discrimination. Feel so bad with the patient that the back staff called her name and they didnt know that there was two same name, so she called the patient and alter on she ask them to wait again bec they called wrong patient and the grumpy old lady blame the patient that she keeps calling her many times, and the patient explained that she was called by the back office staff thats why of course she wont hear her name coz shes inside, and the grumpy lady was outloud talking to the poor patient saying that you need to see me first before them, so grumpy , and self righteous not to realize that thats their fault calling the wrong patient in the first place.They should replace the grumpy lady at the receptionist, she needs to retire if shes not enjoying her job anymore.

If I could give '0' stars, I would! I will never attend this walk in clinic again. This was my first visit to this place. The receptionist was beyond rude. I arrived at 4:40 with my sick 3 year old and a few moments later she allowed people to begin signing in with the clip board registration. I obviously missed her 'welcome' speech and when it appeared to me that no one else was in line, I attempted to take a clip board to register but the receptionist very rudely (and loudly, I might add) accused me of trying to cut in line. She then motioned for the other 10 ppl who were seated in the other section of the waiting room to come ahead of me (which is fine, as I stated it was my first visit so I didn't know these people on the other side were also waiting for the walk in clinic). Once I was allowed to take a clip board, I completed it and passed it back, she then put it on the other side of the desk and waited to put mine last, after every one else return their boards (again, no big deal as I was technically the last to show up at 4:40 even though I was under the impression that the clinic OPENED for registration at 5). However, after making a very clear point that they take patients in the order that they arrive ONLY and NO appointments, I witnessed 2 other patients with young children that arrived MUCH later than I did (after 6pm) being placed ahead of everyone else in queue and seen by the doctors before we were. After waiting very patiently for 2.5 hours my 3 year old began to get restless and cranky as it was now past his bedtime, I had the pleasure of witnessing the receptionist criticize his every move to quietly entertain himself and didn't hesitate to glare at him when he coughed or started to whine about being tired and wanting to go home. When we finally got into see the Dr. at 8:00pm, the Dr. himself was also very short tempered and rude to be dealing with children. Terrible experience all around. I brought my son to the emergency room at the hospital the next morning only to be told that the Dr from the walk in clinic had misdiagnosed him and prescribed him medication that was not necessary. Waste of time AND money!!

Says online the afterhours is open till 9pm I show up at 7pm and the lady is locking the doors and shutting off the lights. Great. I work in oilfield and I don't get into town till this time or later each evening waiting at the hospital is not something I'm interested in waiting.

Most rude receptionist/customer service I've ever dealt with. Filed a complaint with AHS because of my experienced. Do not go here, go to the one by RBC or go to emergency if you have an issue. Been here my whole life and never dealt with such a rude receptionist/customer service rep at a clinic in town.

Waited an hour only to find out the Dr hadn’t even bothered to show up yet. Says they’re open at 4, and he didn’t show up until 5 after 5- the receptionist had to call him to see where he was. There were 8 people waiting patiently in the waiting room. Will never use this facility again, pure lack of regard for other people’s time. Reception staff was friendly and handled the patients well, but the Dr obviously wasn’t in a hurry to help anyone. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

I was a patient of the pain clinic for about a year, and on top of not really getting anything out of it, I only got to meet with my intake nurse once, even though she said she would help me along in the program, I was told multiple times people from certain areas of the program would get ahold of me, yet it never happened. And they don't inform you of when appointments are, but if you miss them they aren't willing to help you, even for something as important as botox injections. All around this is basically a failed program, and I've honestly never been so disappointed in a care facility before

I had a shocking experience trying to get help with a counsellor named Robin. Super unprofessional and just someone who should not be "helping" people. I overheard her gossiping about another staff (and another patient while I was there as well. Just nasty). she had no idea what she was doing. she asked questions in a rude way and seemed to have no really knowledge of psychiatric issues or psychology. Where did this girl (and I say girl because she looks and acts about 15) get her license? does she even have a degree at all? I ended up seeing a local psychologist (thank god) who was also shocked at some of the things I relayed that Robin had said. She said that it sounded like maybe Robin was seriously burnt out or something. All I know is that it was bad. I've heard that this place can't keep good staff on but this is scary. Get some better mental health staff PCN if you care about clients well-being! !!

Rude, condisending doctor told me there was nothing wrong and even if there was i wouldn't be able to do anything until Monday (it was Saturday) went to the hospital for a second opinion and was treated wonderfully. Taken for minor surgery shortly after arriving. Everything went smooth and I was out in a matter of hours. If it is anything remotely serious don't waste your time going here.

Worst patient care walk-in clinic experience I have ever had. From being forced to wait in line if dozen people in windy cold winter conditions with an elderly patient with mobility issues to the almost four hour wait to see a doctor who was useless and looked at my mom and her possible broken wrist for all of five seconds. Then sent her out with immobilizing it or giving her anything for pain. Then told to call back next day for x-ray results and when we did we could not have them and would have to come back and wait in line to get them. This all over three day ordeal potential broken wrist. DONT GO HERE.

What good is a clinic for non-emergencies that's open till 10 if they turn you away at 9:45. I get ear infections on a regular basis ever since I was a little girl. I practically begged them to let me in and just have someone look in my ear which would have only taken 5 minutes at most and they told me to go to the hospital where I would have had to wait over 10 hours for something that would have taken less time than most people take to drive to work. would not recommend to anyone.

Such helpful staff! Then you enter you will be asked to use hand sanitizer before you do anything else. Very good. Let's keep the germs from spreading. Then you'll fill in a form and return it to the desk where it will be put in the queue. I found them so quick even though probably 2 dozen were ahead of me. The assistants were all friendly and helpful in spite of dealing with sick people all day. I didn't have to wait too long at all but even if I did, they were moving people along at a decent pace. (this is a walk-in clinic after all so you just have to wait your turn). The doctor I saw was GREAT! She was thorough but quick and had me with what I needed and out the door. The receptionist was so great at even getting my work absence note done. This is one of the best, helpful, walk-in clinics I've been to. I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend it to anyone that needs this service.

Called this clinic WELL before closing time and was told that they are open until 10 pm however a doctor is not on staff. I politely asked why they are open until 10 pm with no physician on staff? I also asked when did the physician leave for the night!? Reception would not say when he or she left the building but did imply that they have been gone for quite some time now. I also politely asked why an "after hours" clinic is offered but patients are not seen accordingly!? Is this why emergency is always backed up? The receptionist proceeded to hang up on me. I will be phoning back tomorrow to collect names of physician that was supposed to be on staff as well as reception to file appropriate complaints. The most frustrating part is as a first line responder I see the lineups in emerge and think many of these people should not be here. I now understand the frustration. What an absolute waste of our tax dollars to have this "after hours" clinic running/funded.

This place is horrible and i urge anyone to try and make an appointment with family dr, the college walk in clinic , or just go to hospital where you will receive better care. Every time I go here is absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk is a terrible person , she’s so rude every time I go , my mom who is a nurse (receptionist did not know) called to complain about how she was treated because it was really bothering her, she very nicely said I don’t appreciate how you treated me and she hung up on her. The nurses never listen to what I am telling them and interrupt me when I’m speaking and act as if no one there is really sick. The dr there is terrible, last time I went they told me my daughter was fine even though I knew she wasn’t, I insisted they do a swab and a few days later I get a call saying she has strept throat and to come back and get a prescription. I went again yesterday, first time in a year and they did the same thing to both me and my daughter , I have had strept throat frequently over the years and I know I have it again, the drs examination consisted of him asking me to open my mouth and no word of a lie he took maybe a two second look and said your fine...I’m going to my family dr today !! I also was given a prescription the time before for something I was not even able to take while breastfeeding, i didn’t know until I talked to the pharmacist. I even had my one month old with me at the walk in and the prescription was due to complications with the birth , but the dr couldn’t care to take the time to find out my history and ask if I was in fact breastfeeding to find the proper prescription for me. It seems everyone has much of the same complaints ... I wonder if anything will ever be done or if they will just keep receiving their nice pay cheques for shrugging people off and treating them like garbage.

Website and their phone message says they are open at 10AM on Saturdays. When I called, nobody answered the phone, not a good sign. When we pulled up, the door CLEARLY said they open at 10. It was quarter to 11 at the time. The doors were locked. Don't advertise that you're open when you aren't.

However I have never met a competant doctor here. even after telling the doc what the issue was, they can't seem to verify or prescribe a solution. went to another doctor and got answers in seconds. won't go back, will take my odds with Google lol.

I found the receptionist for the after-hours clinic to be exceptional. She was compassionate while ushering people in at an efficient rate and kindly fielded my questions. It is expected that the wait times would be longer than usual at an after-hours clinic but I am thankful to have this service in my home town.

This clinic is a scam to rob the government. Waited 3 hours to see a doctor, doctor tells me to find a family doctor. Explained that I am at the clinic because I work 8 - 5, and don't have the time for that, Doctor seemed pleased to hear that I would suffer for another 3 months before I could find help. In case you were wondering, I was not seeking pain medication.

I'd give 5 stars, but I've never been and lucked out on a quiet Sunday. To confirm ***THEY ARE OPEN WEEKENDS!!!***I was in and out in an hour. Front desk lady, nurses and Dr were all amazing and so compassionate. They all made sure to remind and reassure me that as a mom i need to be selfish and it was ok to make the kids eat cereal and watch cartoons so i could rest when i got home ( ended up with strep throat and ear infection). The office was clean and bright, great care from all.

Absolutely appalled by the customer service. The blonde girl at the desk, she takes your blood pressure aswel.. has a serious attitude problem. The african american doctor during the day here if awful and very unprofessional. He is careless with his work. I had to go get blood work done twice and I hate needles because he couldn't read the paperwork properly. He was supposed to send my blood work results away and he never did there was a deadline I had to get another doctor from another place in a different city to do it for me. The doctors are amazing but the nurses make you feel horrible for coming in they roll there eyes and they judge you.

Absolutely the worst walk in clinic I've ever dealt with, it's sad that it's faster to go to the hospital. And people wonder why our healthcare system doesn't work.

Horrible service, such a long wait... There's not even a doctor in house!! Was told it opened at 3:30 then 4 now it's 5 and still no doctor! Don't waste your time!

I went at 4:30 to get my name on the list fastest. I seen the Dr at 5:40 and the Dr was amazing. There's a pharmacy in the same building. All in all really good walk in service. Make sure you use the hand sanitizer. There picky about that

This place is just bad. The front desk woman needs to address people in a better way. She should think of retiring or get a new job that will make her happier person. I went in for a doctor's note, the nurse wanted to take my blood pressure, just so they can charge for it. Ya its called up selling and even do I decline I sure the charge Medicare saying that they did. The price tag they put on a doctor's is 15 to 20$ more then the other places. An 30$ more for a commercial drives medical. I would give this place a -3 stars if I could.

I was happy to find and afterhours clinic open on the weekend. The staff and doctors were amazing. There were a lot of people there and I thought that they were wonderful at a time that I needed it.
