My first time going to Generations was a couple years ago for an emergency extraction of one wisdom tooth . I’ve had a molar extracted before, and it wasn’t fun. But at Generations, I felt no pain. When Dr. Stepanko froze my gums, I didn’t feel any pain or pinching from the needle like I’d normally feel at any other dentist I’ve seen. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who has anxiety about getting dental procedures done. They make you feel relaxed and take the time to make sure you’re comfortable.

My daughter (5) was a little scared going for her appointment today, but we saw Dr. Lucas and I was very impressed with how her interacted with her. He used kid friendly language when speaking with her and was upbeat and personable. He took me in on extremely short notice, as a new patient. He explained everything in clear language and his attention to detail from start to finish was tremendous. Awesome experience! First time I’ve been to the dentist in awhile, now that I got health insurance. Super easy process. Never had a quicker dentist appointment in my entire life. The lady who brought me back was speedy quick and super nice. My old dentist Dr.Ingraham wasn’t in but Dr.Stepanko was super kind in asking how I was as he did my check up. The place was gorgeous as well, recently renovated it seems. Could not stop staring at the view outside of the clouds. Was a bit confusing when I walked in the building but as soon as I went up the stairs it all made sense. I’m had braces for years and this was one of my favourite appointments I’ve ever had about my teeth. Highly recommend!

Great renovated office. Dr. Stepanko is a great dentist, he has provided me all sorts of services, from wisdom tooth extraction to night guards. The hygienists are also really good at their jobs. It's hard to he afraid of the dentist office when it's such an easy experience as Generations Dental.

If I have to go to the dentist (and it may not be my favourite thing), I will always choose Generations. They got me in ASAP when my tooth broke and took very good care of me. Dr Chip and Crystal were careful about the covid regulations. And they fixed me up again with no pain and the least amount of fuss possible and got me out the door and off to work again quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys.

I got there and the ladies at the front desk were awesome, as soon as I walked in they greeted me with smiles. I waited 5 minutes before being called to the back where I was also greeted with smiles, the whole atmosphere calmed my anxious nerves! (I am afraid of the dentist). Upon examining my mouth I got a thorough explanation in terms that were easy to understand. I was given options that I wasn't at my previous dentists office for fixing my teeth. I highly recommend going here for any dental needs theyre amazing!

I was very happy with my experience here. I took my 4 yr old and 2 yr old in for a checkup. Dr Chip Ingraham was our dentist and he did an excellent job. The other staff were so friendly and kind. I wasn't sure how my girls would do with their first dentist visit, but they did great, and I credit that to the staff who were so friendly and kind and good with kids.

LOVE everything about Generations Dental! For so many reasons: 1) This is a dentist you can trust. He will not do unnecessary work and your personal input is valued in the treatment plan. 2) Unlike EVERY other dentist I have seen, they do not charge above the government price guidelines. I have never paid more than my insurance plan covers for a cleaning or general check up. 3) My daughter is deathly afraid of needles. After her visit, she said “I don’t think he uses needles- it didn’t hurt at all”. (He’s that good- Lol). 4) Each and every staff member in that clinic genuinely care and go above and beyond. I have a family member that suffers from severe mental illness including psychosis and paranoia- Dr.Lucas and his staff were so accommodating- booking an appointment at the end of their day so that it was a quiet environment for the visit. Even staying late to complete the work in one visit. That level of customer service just doesn’t exist in most places these days. You can’t go wrong choosing Generations Dental- I’m a tough consumer with high expectations, and they exceed them. They have my business- and the business of the many friends and family I have referred there.

Stepanko Jr. was the only dentist in Grande Prairie to respond to me when I needed a root canal done on a Sunday. He missed his personal time watching F1 racing and spending time with his girlfriend to save me from tooth pain when no one else in Grande Praifie would. Stellar service and a reasonable price.

Clearly posted that they follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guidelines and a waiting room that is comfortable, clean but not over the top lavish, making you wonder whose paying for it.
