Walked in to see the dr. My daughter has been having respitory issues, the secretary actually told me that my other two kids not seeing the doctor needed to leave! I have never felt so angry, embarrassed and heartbroken at the same time. I didn't know what else to do but just cry. It's sad to because the doctor can be very good but the treatment of the patients was horrendous. So heads up anyone going to visit, do not bring your husbands and children with you.

I just spoke to the receptionist about my daughter who is (or was) a patient of his and they drop their patients after a year which I did not know. She hasn't been in since Covid started. I was kind and was just trying to figure out what I should do from here. The receptionist was super rude and short with me and hung up on me while I was trying to say "ok thank you". I ended up in tears because of the call and called my family doctor crying. Now I have to wait to get my daughter reassessed for the asthma that she has already been assessed for. I will not be returning to this office after the rudeness I have experienced today.
