Excellent service since there was a staff change, very professional, prompt and courteous. Dr. Ojodun, takes his practice very seriously, and does above and beyond to improve it. We have been able to see him as an emergency occurred and he went beyond expectations. The wait used to be an issue and it as been resolved with impeccable service and great time management from staff.

I called and asked for general information. The woman who answered the phone was rude and abusive. I wanted a female doctor, there are none. I asked some questions about the male doctor available, apparently Im not allowed to ask anything. They are monsters hiding behind positions of care. Grande prairie is the worst place Iv ever been. And if I had to have that disgusting woman in the room with me there would have been a huge problem. Im contacting BBB.

I called to ask how long the waiting list was for a meet and greet. The receptionist was rude and abrupt cutting me off. I came to leave a Google review and I saw loads of complaints about reception, so I called back to let her know she was being rude(in case she missed it). She didnt deny being rude. She said there were 6 people at her desk...... I told her that was no reason to be rude to me and she needs to handle her job better! I wont be going there. She needs to be fired!!!

Me my husband and sister in law was booked to meet and greet Dr. Olumide Ojudun, the lady in Eagles Medical Center that I spoke to told me that my appointment was 10 to 12pm I went there exactly 10 am but the receptionist told me that I was booked at 11:50am, At first I was really confused because I assumed that it was a 2hrs appointment since I’m going to be with my husband and sister in law and this is the first time that I’m getting a family doctor since I’ve been here in Canada for only 8 months. I explain that to the receptionist and she told me that “10 to 12 means 11:50” with a straight face. I paid two way taxi to get there and i was just using my one hour break. It’s a big misunderstanding they should have just gave me the exact hour. She didn’t empathized never no apologies. I even referred the Doc Ojudun to my other family members and now I don’t know if I still want to refer him. I feel bad and just cancelled all the appointment and look for another doctor.

Everyone os great, other than the receptionist. I truly believe in this environment you need a heart of gold and compassion. She definitely lacks and puts major stress on my anxiety when I'm in the location or on the phone with her.

Time and time again the ladies that "work" here completely amaze me by how unprofessional they are. This time I got to witness the receptionist leave someone on hold for over 2 mins so she could finish a personal conversation. I am more then blown away by the way these ladies present themselves in a professional establishment.

I am very unimpressed. Dr Elemuo is always somewhatcsomewhat when he talks to me about my concerns, but today I was left to wait through 2 other patients appointments during mine! The doctor left me to change into a gown, went and completed another appointment in the other office, did the exam, then conducted another appointment while I changed back. I was there for over an hour even though I came back into the individual office 10 min early! I get waiting in the waiting room if they are busy but to see the doctor and THEN wait almost an hour mid appointment? Absolutely ridiculous.

So far, not the greatest experience with the support staff. The last time I was there, they were running around like a bunch of teenage girls screaming about someones shoe. Not very professional. Today I tried to make an appointment, and the receptionist was very abrupt, cut me off, then transferred me to a voicemail...to make an appointment...

First place I went to for a family doctor in GP, my doctor is Dr. Raphael Elemuo, highly recommend him. He is very professional and explains things very well. Support staff is also very friendly, but always to the point.
