I'm a little weirded out. Pretty sure they stole my Samsung battery and replaced it with a knock off. When I went back the next day (question about my screen that was changed the night before), there was some sketchy business with whispering about my battery and my phone was whisked away to the back for a bit. Very weird. He ended up replacing the screen (which had nothing to do with my battery....) However my screen is fixed ????

Spend the extra money on an apple repair!! I had dropped my phone with an otterbox case on hundreds of times. I broke my screen slamming my phone down on a table. I got my screen repaired at this garbage company. Still with the same otterbox case, I just dropped my phone off the couch, how tall is a couch!! And the screen is cracked. Seriously, spend the extra money, because you’re going to drop your phone again.

Not impressed. Had an iPhone 11 screen replaced here and not only is the quality extremely poor and dark the front camera is smudged from the inside which we obviously can’t clean off ourselves. We will never be coming back here.

This provider replaced battery, screen, and installed a heavy duty (Otter box like) case for my Samsung 10+...The workmanship on the phone seemed all right... 29 days later I dropped the phone from pocket height onto our hard wood floor.... The phone landed on the bottom right corner (heavy duty rubber) and the screen cracked!... I went back to the shop for some kind of warranty or assistance, and also quizzed about the quality of the replacement screen... The counter person basically said I was out of luck.!... All she could do was offer a 15% discount on an Otter box... I am not impressed and advise everyone to stay away from this shop.

Got the back glass and charging port on a galaxy s9 replaced. That install went great. But during the install they broke the front tempered glass screen protector. Told me it had a small crack in it and it spread so it's not their fault. Screen protector was a week old with zero damage that I had noticed. They also cracked the top half (away from where they said it had a chip) plus they was no connecting cracks between the two points. So they did good work on what I asked but they get one star for breaking my stuff then lying to me about it so they don't have to cover their mistake.

I was at the GP location last Wednesday Aug 19. The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I liked that they were not pushy and very professional. I got my phone fixed, bought new case and other things. It is quite rare to find great customer service nowadays. As a customer service provider myself I can tell the difference.
