I have had EVERY SINGLE appointment rescheduled with this office, this includes having MAMMOGRAM RESULTS rescheduled three times before I had to go to a walk in clinic for results because I was worried and wondering, I wouldn't recommend at all, as I finally told them I need to find a new doctor and the receptionist was unfazed. I'm extremely sad about this as the doctor is really nice, just completely unreliable.

I just want to say only one thing- you are adoctor, it means a person responsible for a commitment and the oath u took to cure people. It is a noble profession but u everytime like everytime cancelled ur appointment. Why not u just not give an appointment to someone but u keep doing that again and again. Please respect ur profession

DO NOT USE THIS DR. We have had 6 apps rescheduled. Today we had an appt booked for over a month and they called the wrong patient with the same name to cancel. My wife and I took the day off work to be there. The front desk staff are EXTREMLY rude especially the native lady. She always gives an attitude. This place is an absolute organizational mess. We will be switching dr's.

APPOINTMENT KEEPS GETTING CANCELLED

Dr Manju wasn't even a part of my delivery she showed up during labour and left shortly after, even though the baby was coming, and I was dilating fast. She also left during pregnancy for a vacation, for 3 months. Stressed me out about the small off chance that our baby could have downs (Like one in a thousand), and she is a very healthy baby. Made me feel judged in the very beginning of my pregnancy. Dr Manju was never thorough with questions I had asked, and every visit I took she had me in and out as soon as she could. This did not make me feel very supported with what I worried about on my own. Google was the tool I used, which stressed me out more. While she was away, three different doctors took her place, these were much better, helpful, supportive, and more reassuring than Manju. During delivery, when I began to push, I was actually happier she wasn't there... because the nurses in the hospital were very supportive and helped me get through it like a champ. They were there almost every cm. But those dilations were coming on strong and quick at the time, so they came as often as they could.

They'll contact you 5-10 minutes before every appointment to tell you it's cancelled, very unprofessional don't even waste your time.

Dr. Murthi is nice but literally every time I try to book an appointment they don't know when he's booking for and I am told to go to a walk in. What is the point of having a family doctor if I always have to go to a walk in each time I need a prescription filled? I have had many appointments cancelled last minute. Super frustrating.

She doesn't explain anything through the whole way i just guess at what i was suppst to be doing and googled ALOT. i learned she doesn't say anything about it if nothings wrong so no follow up on how any test came back no info at all. Just its ok its fine. also when it comes to the after care she leaves please hanging with the gov. And won't fix her bad notes that the gov won't except. So if you are going on ei or maturnay leave be careful! Also during my delivery she went home to rest and left me hanging with a bunch of nurses who weren't paying attention and I sat there at 10 cm for god knows how long until they even noticed then they called her in a panic and then she took another 40 mins getting there while i waiting we just about lost the baby we kept losing her heart beat and with no Dr there that's scary. We we starting to lose my babies heart beat before she went home to rest. Also her we went to her husband after we aged out with her and her husband cancelled three appointments w us during my daughters while i was waiting for the three month check up

DONT go to this doctor

I should have listened to the reviews. We have tried twice have an appoint with this doctor. First time was cancelled for no reason, second time he was sick. On both appointments we were told the doctor was not in once we had arrived at the office. Don't waste your time and don't support such terrible pratices.

Hugh Trerice

Appointments are constantly dropped due to "medical emergency" or he's "sick". I have to take a day of from work every time to make one of these appointments and he cancels last minute. Although he struck me as a good doctor the first time I met him, I've yet to see him again since then so I won't go back again. This is 3 times in a row he's cancelled. Sitting in the waiting room and listening to the frustration expressed by his other patients, my experience appears to be the norm and not the exception.

Absolutely horrible experience with this pathetic excuse of a ‘doctor’. Was my first pregnancy and I regret ever going to see dr. Manju, she is rude, arrogant, uneducated in the field and last but not least does not care about the safety of your child. My baby boy has cuts and marks all over his head from a horrible delivery experience done by her. Please mommas stay away from this b!tch and keep your babies safe.

Shelby Frank

Worst doctor I've ever seen, she was so rude the entire experience, the receptionist were nice but the doctor doesn't help you with anything, it's my first pregnancy and I want to enjoy going to see how my baby is doing but you will be miserable there. I completely understand why this place has no positive reviews.

as Lougheed

by far the rudest and non professional doctor in grande prairie

Never even got to meet them. We had three appointments all of which were cancelled after our appointment times.

Dr. Manjula is a Great doctor.. i was an interpreter for couple of ladies who were her patients, she was caring and professional.. i attended also the delivery of ladies.. she was amazing i couldnt say enough of how great she was..

Clearly if you have all one stars you should change something. I had the same issues as all these people. Doctor only accepts appointments in the mornings 3 days a week. Then cancels those appointments without telling anyone so you show up after taking a day off work to find out they can't help you at all. Won't even give me my test results and told me to go to a walk in if I wanted to see my results. Save yourself the trouble and just skip this place.

Juanita Lowenberger

I found Dr Manju was a great doctor all the way through the pregnancy. She was helpful and answered any questions. Only twice did appointments have to be rescheduled because she was at hospital for other deliveries. When I was in labour she came down quickly as everything progressed fast and was there for it. She even came down the next day to check on me and baby.

Tasha Zelmer

I appreciated having Dr. Manju as my baby doctor. I just had a baby in August 2021. In the beginning I felt like my appts were mildly rushed but after she started to get to know me, she was quite patient with all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. She always seemed to put my mind at ease. She was always calm and jovial. I started to feel quite comfortable with her as my baby doctor and I would use her again. She was patient with me and kind. Her wise judgement call during delivery, (using the vacuum) saved me from having to have a c-section. So for that I'm thankful. My baby was in the posterior position and I couldn't push him out. After throwing up a bunch of times after she allowed me to position myself however I wanted on the bed, keeping in mind that I had an epidurl, they were finally able to get him out with the vacuum. Manju called Dr. Barreth in and a student doctor to help with the vacuum and stitching up my 3rd degree tear. It was nice that she humbled herself and asked for help in order to come up with a good plan. I'm glad Manju kept trying to help me deliver naturally rather than just have Dr. Barreth do the C-section. It was nice having more than 1 doctor to help, 3 heads are better than 1... I felt very taken care of. ????

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Staff are extremely rude and you're definitely treated as a number, not a patient. I feel like a kid in high school walking into that clinic. So many stupid rules. Not to mention, you cannot privately discuss anything or build a relationship with the doctor as there is always a nurse chaperone in there, who most of the time, snickers or laughs at your concerns. Appointment cancelled and rebooked 4 times in a row. each time I have packed up my child to go to these appointments, I get there and the nurse says "oh, I just called you to cancel" however, I have no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Extremely unprofessional, the doctor has forgotten to fax my prescription, wouldn't do anything over the phone, so had to book yet another appointment. Happy to say I have found a new family doctor. So unprofessional, would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible service...... Always rescheduling..... Waited 5 months to get phlebotomy and kept sending me for blood work over and over...... reception is very rude and when you would phone for an update all they would do is book an appointment....... Finally after 5 months I went and seen another doctor @ IMJ medical clinic..... within 3 hrs I had a phlebotomy booked...... DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

Laura Heck

Dr.Murthi is a really good at the doctor stuff, like he’s really educated and smart, but the only problem is that he keeps on cancelling the appointments.
