Beyond a doubt the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They’re so patient and understanding and accommodating. If going to the dentist stresses you at all or gives you anxiety at all, I highly recommend Cygnet Dental. From the time you walk into the time you leave it’s excellent. I’ve actually fallen asleep while they’re working on my teeth. Extremely relaxing, which is nothing I’d ever think I’d say about going to the dentist before!

Have been avoiding the dentist like the plague, but finally thought I should put my big girl pants on and find one in GP. Rolled the dice on these guys and nailed it! Really phenomenal experience. They are super respectful and friendly and do a great job. Had a cleaning and some work done, and both were very well done. Total opposite of my childhood experiences. I will be making these guys my regular dentists!

Had an awesome experience today! They were right on time, clear with the simple paperwork that had to be done.. best of all Chelsea was super gentle cleaning my sensitive teeth! She was great with suggestions to reduce the sensitivity. Maybe I’ll go back sooner since she is there! Dr. Chan was awesome too since she pronounced me cavity free ????

The staff at Cygnet Dental are very friendly and welcoming. I really don't enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, but the staff are gentle and caring, and make it as comfortable as possible. They also answer all my questions well and make sure I have opportunities to ask them. I actually felt more relaxed when I left today than when I arrived... My daughter and I had a check up and cleaning today, and the staff have implemented an impressive array of safety measures and cleaning procedures to ensure that their already pristine work place is as safe as humanly possible during these crazy times. : )

About 4-5 years since I've been coming here and I've enjoyed it. Staff is approachable and pleasant, and you don't spend forever waiting in the office. You're taken when you're appointment is scheduled. They're very good with the kids. Ours get excited when it's time to go to the dentist! Lots of payment options.

I was scared of a lot of dentist growing up, and the only dentist place I have ever liked is Cygnet Dental. My mom use to take me there as a child, and I continue to go there as an adult. I’ve gotten fillings, root canals, and crowns done here. They are so amazing to work with and so nice. They treat you like family and care for you just the same. They only want the best for their clients and In my experience they always do an amazing job.

Edit: Since my first post I’d now have to say Cygnet is my favourite dentist. Friendly and caring staff, quality work and only does what is required. If an issue occurs after they are quick to get you in and fix the problem! 5 stars!!!!! They don't answer their phone when you call. I chased them for weeks trying to pay a bill. Now Im having an medical issue and they aren't answering their phone.

I am very impressed with Cygnet Dental. I have a non visible disability which can make communication(among other things)difficult but the staff have treated me with respect and care despite my disability. Plus I have TMJ and bite problems and so I always have anxiety when I get fillings because other dentists I've seen in the past have in their haste not taken the time to put the fillings in properly to accommodate my TMJ/bite issues. Dr. Chan took extra time and diligently made sure that the fillings would not impede my chewing when I eat food. I would highly recommend Cygnet dental if you need an accommodating, professional dental team.

My wife had a very painful dental emergency over the weekend and we called everywhere to get help. All we were told was go to the hospital and get pain meds until someone is available during the week. Dr. Chan was the only one that was willing to help right away. Dr. Chan was very accommodating, kind and understanding. Not to mention friendly and professional making a very difficult situation much easier to bare.
