Our family tends to give professionals the benefit of the doubt but after two visits myself and my spouse visiting today with our 7 month old, we're done giving this place a chance. Anyone looking for a doctor, I would STRONGLY caution you against going to Crane (or IMJ or whatever they call themselves this month). We had been hunting for a family doctor for nearly 2 years here in GP and felt fortunate to get in with Dr. Elgaoud. How wrong I was. After three visits, it's obvious he simply DOES NOT CARE about his patients, their questions, their thoughts, anything. He definitely DOES care about what's on his cell phone which he is staring at almost constantly (including the first 5 mins of my spouse's appointment today) before making a comment about our sons records. No hello, no "what brings you in today", no human interaction whatsoever. You'd be better off typing your symptoms into WebMD and treating yourself because either way, you're dealing with an emotionless robot. I'm not sure why Dr. Elgaoud got into family practice because it's evident he despises it and resents the patients coming in looking for help. PLEASE go anywhere else unless all you care about is a referral or a prescription as he seems happiest when he's pushing your concern on to someone or something else. STAY AWAY!

It is impossible to get an appointment with Dr. El Mestiri. He takes his holidays at the same time that I do. The one time that I did take time off work to see him he misdiagnosed my condition. The receptionist was rude both times I talked with her on the phone and she even hung up on me last time.

I cannot recomend this place. I cannot say for Dr.Eraghubis doctor skills in diagnosis or treatment. I have only seen him twice, once for the interview, and once for the results of a test I had previously. When receiving the results I went to ask what the next step was, got cut off half way through "what do we-" and was met with a "I dont know". He would not listen he would not take time to hear my concerns. I understand he is a busy man and needs to see many people in a day. But I beleive that each person should have atleast 5 minutes with a doctor to discuss and figure things out. I will personally be bringing my business elsewhere and finding myself a new family doctor.

Dr Elmestiri is promising you to solve all your health issues when you see him first time, but it is only on your first visit. When you come to him later he gets frustrated that you are even bothering him. Doesn't look like he is even listening and when I asked for help to resolve an ongoing problem, he got angry and stormed out of his office. He will give you referral if you ask him but you have to find out what referral you need on your own. Receptionists are also not very friendly as if we are all wasting their time.

My doctor elmestiri is amazing I would recommend him to any one. When I go in I am treated great staff is very friendly. But they made a mistake 3 times and lost my referral. Then I miss an appointment and because of there no show policy I now have to wait another two weeks just to get my referral that they lost. This whole ordeal has been going on since September.

Dr. Eraghubi is a very fine Doctor always treated my family and I very well but when he moved his office next door the receptionist I think her name is Linda is very rude and has a bad attitude. They dropped me as a patient over a year ago the reason was that I refused to get a prescription filled and drop me without notice I am over at a different doctor right now family still goes there because it is hard to get a family doctor and my kids do you like Dr. Eraghubi I just hate dealing with her

I am often able to book same day appointments which is really nice. The support staff are great. I see Dr Eraghubi and as long as I'm seeing him about something other than lady problems, he's great. But if it's a women's health thing, I would go see someone else.

Never had a good or even acceptable experience with the doctors at this clinic. Bad english skills, bad doctor skills, bad human skills, little patience, always annoyed, wont listen, inappropriate and spiteful behaviours and very obviously blistered egos, are just some of the reasons why they are losing so many clients and are the only doctors office continually taking new patience.

Everyone will have different experiences and opinions, but the thing I appreciate most about Dr. Eraghubi is that he doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist or for testing. I had a situation that was questionable and he sent me for an ultrasound and even after that came back negative, he ordered a biopsy just to be sure. A previous doctor treated my wife for the wrong condition for months and wouldn't refer her to a specialist even though it was serious. I finally discovered what the problem was while searching the internet and once she was treated for the right thing, she improved immediately.

hey NEVER answer the phone ... every single time i have to book an appointment i can NEVER get through and end up having to go in to book an appointment only to have to leave a return for my appointment. and that stilll depends on if the doctor available is even willing to help. 10/10 do not recommend

I have been seeing Dr. Eraghubi for 5 years now and he’s a GREAT Dr. Always very nice and the staff ALL have been GREAT to me, I don’t understand how people can give them bad reviews. Yes sometimes he’s hard to understand but I’m almost deaf in my left ear and my right isn’t much better and he NEVER EVER is upset when I ask him to repeat himself because I couldn’t understand or hear him, and as far as them calling you back they’ve ALWAYS called me back. I don’t know ????????‍♀️ why or how people are saying this is a bad place I’ve NEVER had a bad experience there. THANK YOU ???? to Dr. Eraghubi and all the staff a Crane Medical for always being kind and understanding.!!

Worst doctor ever and his staff is just as bad. Dr. Eraghubi is almost impossible to understand and pays zero attention to his patients when they are trying to explain anything. The staff are equally as bad, they treat the patients like cattle and seem to have difficulties doing there basic duties like putting people in rooms with someone elses charts instead of your own or even returning calls and if they do there rude and disrespectful and are zero help. I close by saying that i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The doctor did not give me the time of day, seemed like he could've cared less about my appointment with him. Went in Dec 28, 2020 for an ultrasound referral, and could barely get a word in during the appointment. He cut me off, talked over me, aggressively grabbed the injured area, and got up to leave before I had realized the appointment was over. He referred me for an ultra sound on Jan.08. Took a week and a half to call me in for the results, to which he then let me know that he did not have the results. I was in there for over an hour just to find out he knew nothing. He seemed annoyed by my confusion, and defensive when I asked why he hadn't gotten them yet. I called the ultrasound clinic after the appointment, and they had sent my results to him the same day I got the ultrasound done on the 8th. The doctor is completely incompetent. Would advise against using this clinic if you can.

I went in twice that was literally all I could handle. The front desk staff are really nice (hence the two stars instead of one) but other then that it was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. My doctor refused to use my preferred name/pronouns, and it was a fight to get him to send a referral for a gender specialist. To all my fellow LGBT+ people I would avoid here for sure!

Dr. Eraghubi is quite possibly the worst doctor I have ever went to. I took time off for this appointment and had a lot of questions, and he rushed me out of there without even making eye contact. Gave me a general prescription and sent me on my way. Not a personable doctor by any means, although like the previous reviewers have said, he will act caring and interested for your first appointment.

8:30am on thursday morning and they're phones are still off wish i could decide when i start my job, this kind of thing is why people in gp hate this city and why no one want to move here. The point of haveing a family doctor is to be able to see a doctor as soon as you need one not end up waiting like every walk in clinic.

I would not reccomend these doctors at first dr elmestri is ready to solve your health problems on first visit after that he seems angry like he is being bothered communication he has is not there no explanation re He also said to me I have to use medicine shoppe pharmacy h said it's the only one I deal with He also went on holiday without informing his patients so then had to go emergency to get my regular meds he did not like

Dr Eraghubi is the worst dr I have ever seen. He withheld sending out my son's files to a clinic my son needed testing at for 4 months. Everything was handed to him on a silver platter. He also held paperwork that needed to be sent off to the government for 2 months he had filled it out in front of me and just had to make notes. Then had the gall to charge me $150 after waiting 2 months for this paperwork. He does not care about his patients and needs his medical license revoked. he was supposed to send out a referral for me a year ago and I haven't heard anything. Not that I wanted the referral in the first place. He laughed at me for the original referral I wanted. He has no clue about his patience and runs through people as fast as he can. His office staff is rude and scolds you for advocating for yourself and tells you not to call anymore they will call you. Then when your paperwork is finally ready they don't call.

Phones are almost never on was told we had to book different appointments for my father in laws individual health problems cannot discuss more than one per visit ??? . wants to write a scrip before addressing the problem need to figure out better patient care and less drugs .

The Dr I saw back in March was horrible, he could not understand English, I won't get into detail the horrible amount of miss communication when creating my file. To top it off they said they would call me if I needed to come back in and they didn't call me for about 6 months.
