I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of service. I had a broken piece of tooth that needed extraction and had infection. He did not waste any time or fuss with details and went right to work and got the job done. My disappointment was then with all the other dentists in Vancouver who had just left this broken tooth and infection there while doing other work. I’m very happy to have a dentist who knows what to do and gets it done. Awesome!

Worst experience ever. Got yelled at by the secretary, they messed up my tooth, blamed me for it, pulled a tooth while I was under heavy sedation without asking, went through one appointment with them thinking I was someone else. It goes on. I had to go to another dentist to have what they messed up fixed. I already had a terrible fear of dentists. This made it worse.

My infant had a lip tie and tongue tie that we wanted to have lasered. Access Dental was able to get me in within 2 days. The technician was amazing and the dentist was very efficient and confident which meant the procedure was over quickly! The service was 5 stars, the price point was a bit high and that is why I am only giving 4 stars. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Going to the Dentist is now a pleasurable experience for me (I used to be terrified from an experience as a young child). The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The text reminders work great for me. The assistants and hygienists are knowledgeable, considerate and caring. Dr Nonkovic is the best dentist I know. He is the best at giving needles, gives you tonnes of information, is caring, and gentle... Dr Nonkivic stays current with the dental industry and trains his staff accordingly. Dr Nonkovic is also very involved in our community, from giving free dental clinics to those who can not afford it, to supporting various non-profit organizations. He is a dedicated family man and boss. I would recommend Dr Nonkovic and Access Dental to anyone.

Cannot speak enough well words about access dental. After no dental work done in over 10 years I was very nervous about going back to a dentist, lots of anxiety and general discomfort about the whole thing. The receptionsts are amazing and accommodating, even remember my face and situation, so welcoming and warm all the time. My hygienist was so patient and thorough, she was non judgmental and did such a great job, I felt like she really cared. The dentists for fillings and wisdom extractions were so understanding and did what they could to make me comfortable and ease anxiety about the procedures. I will never go anywhere else after my positive experiences at access dental. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Nonkovic took the time to explain various options with me before we decided on a way forward. The dentist had very little patience with my son. My son does wiggle and has a hard time sitting still and I understand that but I don't think this dentist works well with children. Other dentists we have found have far more patience with children. I also didn't like the tone in which I was talked to about my teeth issues. We will not be going back.

It was absolutely terrific......I had upper denture implant put in about four years ago....and it is awesome...Dr. Nankovich did the proceedure for less then half the price another Dentist in town had given an estimate for........and today he removed it, had it cleaned at a lab and reinstalled it in a very short span of time.....and it all was painless as well......... Also I had come for a regular teeth cleaning proceed, and the lady Dentist that did it was totally awesome......so very pleasant and efficient and enjoyable.......it was a total delight to visit the dentist's office today...... I had a terrible tooth infection, was on antibiotics for weeks, and had been to other dentists who were unable to get the tooth to freeze. Access Dental got me in super fast, took the time to make sure the freezing worked, and were incredibly kind and patient. Love this company. I state that here as their survey doesn't work on my phone. Punctual, friendly, doesn't just start a refill without freezing my sensitive teeth, first. Or, at least asking if I want/require it. ;) They sometimes ask if they can move my appt up or down abit, & I can agree or not. So, can you. The annoying construction should be over soon; that affects drivers more, but also pedestrians like myself. ;) Have yr phone so you can txt them with HERE, upon yr arrival. At least, during COVID-19 first couple yrs.

I am extremely disappointed with Access Dental. Instead of telling me that my tooth should have been pulled, they performed an expensive root canal. Not long afterwards the tooth got infected. When I went back in about the problem, the dentist injected a temporary antiobiotic. Shortly after that the tooth began to fall apart. Instead of pulling my tooth as I had originally intended, I had two expensive appointments and will now still have to pull the tooth. I would not recommend Access Dental to anyone as it seems the general attitude is to get as much money out of a patient as possible rather than doing cost effective procedures that the patient agrees to.

Let's face it not a lot of people enjoy going to the dentist but Access dental sure makes it an enjoyable experience , everyone is so friendly and nice when you go there . I had three filling and was in and out in 40 mins . I seen the newest dentist and he was so great , let me know exactly what I should expect he was very nice and caring . I can hardly tell I had three fillings yesterday everything feels just as it was and that never happens for me . I had all my remaining top teeth pulled this morning at 8:30 am by Dr. Nonkovic at Access Dental in Grande Prairie, AB. He placed my denture immediately following. It is now 5:20 pm on this same day and I am having a cup of coffee and wondering what I want to eat????Sound amazing? Well it’s true! My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Perica Nonkovic for his caring and absolute expertise in getting this job done. I have been wanting to address this health issue of mine for over 20 years! I saw several dentists and paid for many appointments and xrays etc and always got a flat“No” end of story to my requests. Dr. Nonkovic took the time to explain in detail what was advisable, what wasn’t, and gave reasons and examples why. Immediately I trusted him and knew he was authentically looking for the goal of meeting his patient’s wishes and ensuring he made the best professional decision in mine and his best interests. 5 shiney gold stars!!! Gentle, effective, quick and painless!!! My daughter had a severe posterior tongue tie and a lip tie. She was struggling to breast feed effectively, was gassy, cholicky, and generally a miserable infant because her mouth and jaw were sore and she couldn't sleep well as she was hungry all the time. Her latch was very painful and I was suffering from bruised and lacerated nipples. I took her into the office and the staff and Dr. Nonkovic were so nice and gentle with us. They assessed and revised her ties in the same appointment. They were great about teaching us after care and checked her a few weeks after to ensure she healed appropriately. Immediately after the appointment her latch was corrected. After she healed and strengthened her tongue (2 weeks) she was feeding effectively, sleeping, didn't have gas, and had no more soreness. This procedure improved her quality of life (and mine) so very much! I was so impressed with this experience I called and made an apt for my son while we were still in the hospital! As soon as I felt the incorrect pinching latch I called the office and they got us in when my son was 5 days old for an assessment and a lip revision. My baby didn't even cry! Thank you Access Dental!! My happy healthy babies appreciate your service so much! Recommend them to anyone and everyone! Service is second to none, 5 shiney gold stars!!!!

This place is very non-professional!! I went there for a quick fix on a receding gum line discoloration and the dentist admitted to being color blind. The dental assistant matched the color off the tooth next to it BUT the dentist fixed the wrong tooth. I was very clear in which tooth I wanted corrected and Dr. Bardia did the tooth in front of it. Once I called and complained about paying for the wrong tooth (money out of my pocket) the office manager told me it would not be corrected and told me I was not welcome back there ever again. Needless to say I am calling the Canadian Dental Association and informing them of the way this dentist and this clinic treats its patients.

I hate any kind of dental procedure, but they make it an overall pleasant experience. They have gone above and beyond what I would consider expected service for me. I have always been a client here, today they got me in early for an emergency and calmly coached me through my unexpected procedure like real pros. I'm so greatful I was able to get the pain sorted out and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was a client of Access Dental for about 4 years. The dentists and hygienists working there were kind and knowledgeable, and I was satisfied going there until either glitches in their computer systems or human error caused problems associated with me and my file. One such problem was that an appointment was scheduled for me that I hadn't made, and it was a complete surprise to me when I got an email message from Access Dental saying I had an upcoming appointment to attend. Another was that I was sent a bill in the mail which was asking me to pay an outstanding balance, which had already been paid. If you don't mind these kinds of errors Access Dental might be a good option, but I decided to switch.

Just recently he came to my rescue and fixed a large problem that he had no part in creating. And he did this with a sense of humour and a generous heart. Excellent service! We drove 2.5h for a consultation and figured we would have to come back at a later date for the actual procedure. Thankfully that wasn’t the case and they took care of our infant right then and there. The staff were so nice, friendly and extremely accommodating. I felt really comfortable with them and trusted them to give us the best care and do what was in our little guys best interest. They didn’t push any unnecessary procedures (additional revision) and came up with other ways to accommodate our follow up so that we wouldn’t have to make the long trip back. We were recommended to Access by an IBCLC and were not disappointed. I simply cannot say enough good things about the service we received! If we lived in GP they would definitely be our go-to dentist.

Keisha at the front desk is wonderful! I chatted with her a few times and she is always helpful, cheerful and professional. I am afraid of getting my teeth cleaned and get very nervous. My hygienist was Krista and she was so accommodating. Made sure I was comfortable with headphones and the TV remote. Told me what she would be doing as she was changing tools, and used numbing cream where my teeth were sensitive. I left the office relaxed and with a bright smile!

I absolutely cannot say in words how awesome this dental clinic is. Specifically Dr Noncovic and the office manager Lisa. They have went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and even people I dont know. I have had a terrible time with my teeth and dentists in the past over and over and this is a place I will continue to use as my choice dental clinic. Dr Noncovic has expertise in his field and I always feel at ease when I go there. I am due to have dental implants and I am not in the least scared even though it is a surgery because I have 100% faith in him and his experience and knowledge. This is a place that has the clients best interests at heart and not a sales team. They are great and if you need any dental work done including root canals or implants go to access dental because they are the BEST. Like a small town family of professionals in the sense that they care so much about their patients, but with a big city education and expertise!!!! Where do I begin? Even though I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade I was not even offered a cleaning. I work out in camp and explained several times that my time in town was limited but was scheduled for such short periods of time that the dentist didnt have enough time do any work (fill cavities). Dental assistant was very loud and obnoxious and didnt stop talking the entire time I was getting a cavity filled. Dentist was however professional and was comfortable to be around but overall I was not impressed with their service and would not recommend them.

I have been going to Access Dental for three years and have always thought the staff was professional and offered good dental care. Recently I developed severe tooth pain to the point of sleeplessness. When I called to make an appointment they got me in immediately to find the source of the pain. Dr. Nonkovic was very thorough, did not recommend a procedure until he was certain which tooth was the problem, and then I got a root canal that was virtually painless. I recommend Dr. Nonkovic and his staff without hesitation. As an added bonus, the office direct bills!
