I've had the same doctor since I was 14 years old. I am now 39. I was aware that he was retirering this year but I was sure my file would have been transferred to a new doctor. I suffer from asthma, social anxiety, depression and very recently I was hospitalized for acute pancreatitis. I called the clinic to find out if I could see a doctor for some important follow-ups and I was flatly told that I was no longer a client of theirs and that I had to sign up on the provincial website for a new doctor and that they couldn't help me with anything else. Thanks for nothing Clinique Médicale Vieux Aylmer. No sense of loyalty.

(Translated) We can never make an appointment and when we go after 3:00 for the walk-in. People seem to hate their jobs so much and seem to be frustrated that they are coming down for a consultation. Furthermore they never know anything about children. They always say to go to CHEO (Original) On peux jamais prendre rendez vous et quand on y vas après 3:00 pour le sans rendez vous. Les gens semble tellement détester leur emploi et semble frustrer qu’on cienne pour une consultation. Deplus ils savent jamais rien au sujet des enfants. Ils disent toujours d’aller au CHEO

This place has gone from okay to terrible within the last year. People working the front office act like entitled YouTube stars and they have been losing doctors and qualified staff at an horrific rate. Avoid this clinic at all costs.
