Terrible. The past couple years service has steadily gone downhill. Since they moved locations, however, it got much worse. Customer service went out the window. They're rude and short on the phone, don't finish text or messenger conversations, don't follow up with medical documents, and don't return voice-mails. Only go here if you want to have poor service and feel unwelcome.

After going to a different skin clinic. I realized these guys are way behind the times and their procedures can be very dangerous especially how they do the under eye. Ill never step foot in this place again. Their consultation was way to short and very uninformative.
