I was highly impressed with the way and manner this clinic is run. Results were out in less than 36hours. Christine was very helpful and went an extra step to offer updates on when the result would be ready. I would highly recommend Amani Travel Health Clinic to travellers who may need the covid-19 test before travel.

My goodness if I could give a hundred stars I would. Spent over an hour looking for a testing site to return to US & they got my husband and I in at the last moment when no one else could. We didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes (without an appointment) they staff was remarkable and friendly! Professional and kind. I would recommend to anyone looking to test. I am still waiting to receive the corrected sample time collection, which was after 13:50. This need to be corrected! The airline won’t let me boarding! it shows over 24hrs before departure. This was discussed many times. If this won’t be correct on time, all my lost must covered by you including ticket and my work pays. Waiting to hearing from you before my boarding today,at 12:30!!!! The results report says Antibody results. It must be Antigen as discussed many times serology must be. again another mistake. Anahita

Travelling back to the United States and needed results within 24hrs. Was nervous that there wasn't any lab work onsite, but they came through and I was able to make my flights back through Vancouver and into the U.S. Testing was quick and results were electronic, which is an absolute must these days.

I am so grateful to Amani, both that it exists and for my experience with them for covid testing. I needed a shot to go back home to the U.S. Thanks to the willingness of one of the practitioners to work on her hospital days off the clinic is open 7 days a week which really helps with the 3-day window for travel. They are open more hours than their web-site claims, too. I had not trouble getting an appointment. The one negative thing I would say about the clinic is that it is difficult to spot because of poor signage. I had trouble finding it but they returned my phone call promptly and were very gracious about me being a little late for my appointment. Once I got there the nurse on duty was terrific, friendly and efficient. I got my results promptly in about 20 minutes, got my written certificate as well as an email. I will be using them again as long as testing is required - and were I a resident in this area I would use them for all my travel medical needs.

I couldn’t believe we got our PCR COVID test results for travel in less than 30 hours from Fort St. John . I recommend Amani Travel for Covid testing for their quick turnaround and good customer service. Although their price is on the higher side, I would recommend them to bring the price lower and make it more affordable.

Overall my PCR test was quick. However not all the staff inside were wearing masks. The receptionist wasn't wearing one, the other person wandering around back wasn't wearing one, but the person who stuck the q-tip into my brain wore a mask and a face shield! Given that I saw at least 6 signs saying masks were mandatory, the blatant disregard by staff seemed a bit incongruous. I didn;t receive the results in 24 hrs so I called to inquire and the lady I talked to said, oh we have the results. That's great! But then why didn't you just send them on to me?! Overall not bad but could be better.

Scheduled a covid test for a flight 4 weeks in advance. Amani website showed an antigen test. When arriving at the office we were told no antigen test as the doctors in PG did not allow. Had to take the PCR test and were promised the results would be emailed to us prior to our flight departure. Good luck on that one. The results finally arrive about an hour after our plane had departed. Got a "Oh I'm sorry for Christine. No big deal to them but it cost me an extra $500.00 in airfares and aggravation. When asked for retribution I got a supervisor will call you. Never called and Christine does not respond. I really suggest you find an alternative medical facility for covid testing like Whitecap RSC at the airport.

went to take a PCR test few days ago, good service, fast result, friendly staff, the person who doing the swab sampling however did not wear a face shield and only a mask. it's a bit irritating that the staff should know how to protect themselves with the proper PPE so they are not getting infected during sampling and spread to the next customer.

Christine is wonderful, she got me in for a travel test, and was very diligent with keeping me updated as I waited anxiously for the results. Also, she has a very kind and warm personality. I highly recommend!
