I had a false crown done on Monday, August 9/21 by Samantha & her assistant at Timberlea Dental ! Fantastic professional customer service! The procedure was clearly and concisely explained to me and performed in a relaxed manner! I’m very happy with the results! Samantha performed in precise and perfectionist manner! I give Timberlea Dental the 5-star rating that they highly deserve! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to family or friends! ????????????????????????????????????????????????

I have been going here for last 3 years. Hygienist and dentist are very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. They always look for best option with reasonable price. However any service is expensive without good insurance coverage, in any dental clinic. Clinic location is very convenient. It is on the 2nd floor which has elevator too. Clinic is very neat and clean, even in snowy weather. However, there is no washroom inside the clinic. It is located on the same floor, close to this clinic. This facility has barriers free access. Good decoration. Very patient has TV to watch during service. Recommend others to try this clinic.

This dental clinic was able to take me in last minute and the receptionist were amazing and polite. Dr. Phil was amazing!! He worked slowly and patiently to extract my wisdom tooth and I’m grateful for that. He explained the steps he was taking as he did the procedure. Awesome first experience and I’m sure it wouldn’t be the last.

Just had A filling and it was great staff are friendly plus the people at front desk are very nice and good with booking appointments I would highly recommend this place and great service plus a tv in the lobby for waiting and a tv in the rooms for watching while get you cleaning etc.

I don't recommend this Place for any dental treatment. We have booked for an appointment for my mom's regular teeth cleanings and we don't show up there on the date of appointment due to mom was having fever, it's corona time so we were not able to go there due to health issue. We had solid reason to explain them but they didn't understand the situation we explained, when we phoned them and talk to the lady who treated me very rudely and didn't wanna help us to refund the money who charged for the appointment and without asked client they charged from our account.they didn't phone us that they gonna charge us after that my sister has already spoke before with the lady to cancel the appointment, when we phoned them she said we didn't get phone calls from your sister but my sister already called them so they lied about that so I would like to warn the people about this issues. Overall, very bad experience of this clinic services. Thank you

The best dental clinic in town. My 7yr old son had 3 teeth extraction and he is playing and eating well the following day. All the staff are awesome, Dr. Martine is the best. Thank you Dr Martine for making my son's first visit to the dentist awesome. You rock.

I was not given proper details for insurance coverage and hence end up paying few hundred bucks just for overall check up and filling. Although they fetched estimates from insurer but not given me details of portion not covered under plan. Go for better option in town ..

When I am reading a service or a particular shop or store I try not to give it full marks all the time just to let them know that there's room for improvement. But Dr Phil here at Kimberly dental you have a great team right from the dentist I worked on me when I walked in the door to the assistance to comfort you make it fun coming to the dentist thank you very much and I have no choice but to give you five stars

Even we covered for 100% for dental treatment, this clinic charge us over amount of their dentist fees. And they accepted that they charge over/extra fees than other alberta dental clinic. Upon asking their dental fee guide, clinic manager disagree to share and said in the form it says they will not ask before deducting money from credit card. She was so rude while talking. Very disappointed, even they are making million dollars, they have not reimburse few bucks to their patients. I called insurance company and they said they covered us 100% but their fees are higher than anyone else in town. So they said they can’t help. Make sure you check everything with them before processing any treatment, specifically dentist fees and then give your credit card info. Not going to step in this clinic again. It’s not about fee bucks but it is about transparency that patient should get from any dental clinic.

I was there a few years ago to get a bunch of fillings in and a crown. The Drs are very nice but their work needs major improvement. He never cleaned all the decay before filling my teeth, so I have a dark ring in between my tooth and the filling which is very noticeable. The color of the filling did not match the rest of my teeth and the crown I got is already needing to be replaced. I am now having to get all the work he did on my teeth redone out of pocket. Also, my last appointment there they said everything was fully paid, then months later they told me I had to pay for something and charged my card when I refused. I am really upset I went there in the first place.

We are pretty disappointed with the dental clinic. The dentists are fantastic however the service we received from the front desk was not great. My husband didn’t understand why the bill came to the amount it did as some of the services ended up not being completed. Their explanation to him left him very confused. When we called to get a better understanding they were not very patient in explaining and became short when asked any further questions. Ultimately we didn’t have an issue paying the amount we just wanted to make sure it was correct. Especially since my husband wasn’t given a bill with his second appointment and we didn’t have anything in writing with the proper amounts. In the end we did figure it out however I don’t think it is unreasonable to question what was charged. Maybe it was an off day for them.

I have been going to Timberlea Dental Clinic for 10 years since I moved to Fort McMurray. I am usually nervous going to the dentist but the staff at this office are so understanding and comforting. They always reassure me each visit. The dental assistance I dealt with for my recent crown after a root canal did such a great job educating me on the process. Dr. Phil is honestly the best. I feel extremely comfortable and I put full trust in him with all my dental work. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

In 2019 I went to the dentist for the first time since I was a kid (10+ years). My wisdom teeth were bothering me and I was pretty anxious to be there, not knowing what to expect at all. The staff and the hygienist Shelley were super helpful and provided me with information that was easy to understand and a great teeth cleaning experience. The process of getting my teeth extracted was so smooth and time efficient, I was in and out of there quickly. The dentist I see is Dr. Phil Heinzelman. I have had such a great experiences under his care in the last 2 years that I recommend everyone I know who wants to see a dentist to go see him. He has always done a beyond exceptional job at making me feel comfortable and well taken care of, and is always calm and well collected. The experiences I've had there has changed my life forever, planting a seed in me that led me to pursue a career in the dental feild. Since then I have now been accepted into dental Hygiene school, and it's all because of this clinic. I hope that after I graduate Hygiene school I can have the opportunity to work in and be a part of a team like everyone at Timberlea Dental Clinic are. I am forever grateful that this is the dental clinic I chose.

I cant believe how awfully the office treating people over the phone, absolute unprofessional and the office manager was very un patient or not even allowing you to ask questions, it is all about money in this place, i have requested a service to be done and I made myself very clear from the start with them but i end up had to wait 4 months, and after I spoke with the office manager she rudely denied all facts that they have not follow up with me or did any faults or mistakes.. horrible experience and i would not recommend use the clinic at all.
