If you’re wasting your time trying to get an appointment, you should give up. They’re phone systems don’t work and they are never in their office during regular office hours. If they aren’t in they won’t update you either. Been trying for over a month of the phone and going there and no luck. I’ll see if I can report them to the Alberta college of physicians.

So me and my boyfriend came here to get a medical for his residency he paid $500 bucks! What a rip off once again doctor taking advantage of the fact we live in Fort McMurray. Our appointment way for 10:00am and we’ve been here for 45 mins! While ppl walk in and out of there appointments within minutes. I’m sorry if I’m paying 500 dollars I better get in within 10 mins! The doctor gave me a dirty look when I went back with my bf as if to say what are u doing back here. Listen at the end of the day your providing a service to your customers, a 500 dollar service, and your rude! Like who the heck do you think you are! Further more you make us wait 45 mins! Can you imagine if I was serving you food at a restaurant and I was rude and made you wait 45 mins for your food that would be unacceptable.. why is it acceptable here?! Go to Edmonton to get your medical it’s way cheaper and you won’t have to deal with grumpy c*unts.

I came here for a medical examination for my permanent residency. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Van Heerde was great. He's very nice and professional. He seems to really care for his patients. The price was a bit high for not having healthcare, but not completely unreasonable as they are the only clinic in town that do this type of exam. If I need a doctor once I have my resistancy I will try to return here.

Overall a great doctors office
