To be avoided. They can't bother cleaning the floor and i wouldn't trust them to keep anything else clean. Considering the amount of money I would spend here every visit there is little in customer service or anything to make my stay here pleasant. Freezing feet in the winter. Staff seems unhappy and witnessed in my opinion very unkind behavior. Also seemed cramped and felt disgusting. There isnt one positive thing i can say about this place. Way better practices in town. Actually the whole building is an eye sore and would benefit from being torn down and rebuilt. Preferably with a different dentist.

very bad experience with this dentist, my wife went in for some work they just passed her off to a dentist in Edmonton and didn't complete the work that they started even though the dentist in Edmonton sed that they should do some more work before they should see her, the DR sed that he was done with my wife and refused to finish what he started.

The worst place to be we had agreement for my daughter treatment $2500 and after the treatment the doctor said I have to pay $1000 extra because he did some extra work on her and I said to him we had agreement and he said there’s nothing he can do. I told him I’m not going to pay and after 3days the collections agency called me and said if I’m not going to pay my credit will be messed up. What they say and what they do is not even the same plus the place is not clean and worst customer service ever.

Sharing for a friend who went to this dentist and wanted d atooth puller, he was talked out of it and into a canal. they quoted him at $1500 for a root canal + x amount for cleaning, totalling about $2200. His blue cross covered $2000 so he only had to pay $200 out of pocket. After his root canal he was told he owed $700. An extra $500 that he couldn't afford. Becuz he had a few extra roots on his tooth, which you think they could have seen in the X-rays.... This dentist is a scam!!!

I have seen 3 different dentists during my 13 years in McMurray, and I have had the best experience at MCDG. Not only have I experienced the best cleanings ever, my teeth have never been so white! I also experienced little to no pain whenever Dr. Deane was working on my teeth. This included a full root canal. The staff always greet me by name and make me feel welcome.

Had my dentures replaced in June of 2018 at Morrison Centre Dental Group and highly recommend Dr. Deane and staff. I have had absolutely no problems with fit, no sore spots and have not had to go back for any adjustments. The entire staff are professional, personable and there were no surprises in billing or rates. Thanks gang, for giving my smile back!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years and recently started going in the edmonton area during the evacuation. I had quite a bunch of work done down there as I was starting to have pain. Upon returning to Fort McMurray for work I had a lot of pain come back. I called around and Morrison was one of the only ones open. I feared I needed a root canal, but upon showing up they decided that was not the problem. Dr Dean pulled a tooth in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. The staff were extremely friendly, Dr Dean was great, we had some laughs and I will be returning to Morrison Dental any time I'm in Fort McMurray & I need work done. Highly recommend for anyone who hasn't been to the dentist in awhile or is nervous

absolutely goated, i went here for an emergency wire removal and the staff went above and beyond. literally called at 8:30 and got in by 11:30, out the door by 12. the secretaries and assistants were so kind and the doctor was ridiculously skilled. go here bc these guys r so good

worst experience of my life with a unexplained bill of $5987.32 . If you need a cavity in your pocket please visit them they are professional at it .. plus had to see another doctor to fix it properly .. DON't WASTE YOUR TIME .. with DR.CARL ....

Was not satisfied with the results of the process, and the solution I was given was straight up irrational. Had lots of inconveniences in most of my experiences/visits. Really dissapointed. Just hoping that they will improve. But for now, with how I was treated these past years, I would not recommended this place.

At the Morrison Centre Dental Group we try to provide a great experience for everyone who comes in to see us, regardless of age, sex, religion, gender or anything else. We see lots of people who don't like being at the dentist but still try to make their visit the best visit to a dentist that they have ever had. We cater to special needs clients, the fearful, the anxious, you name it. Even still there are people who don't like us, but we still try and we try very hard to make your visit to the dentist as excellent and positive as humanly possible.

Yesterday my son went for his dental visit. He was afraid to go to the dentist and used to give us the hardest time to go there until we found Dr. Dean! We are pleased with the service we have gotten from the staff. The service is excellent, Dr. Dean and the whole staff were very friendly and patient! Thank you!

My daughter needed to have 3 cavities filled, this past week. The first appointment she was absolutely terrified and wanted nothing to do with the dentist or the fillings but with a lot of talking to her by the assistants and Dr. Deane, she made it through. By the third appointment she was over her fear. Just want to say big Thank you to the wonderful staff! Would highly recommend this practise to any of my friends ....
