worst office ever, told the doctor i needed insulin. im new to fort mcmurray, he said how am i supposed to know if your a diabetic... so i checked my blood sugar 23.6... Not sure what the big deal is. im just looking for a doctor in town. he said Im sorry im not going to help you. You need to go to edmonton and get your medical records. I said my doctors office is closed.. he said well you need to find your records.. I CAN WALK INTO ANY PHARMACY AND GET INSULIN.. why are you not helping me. he wouldnt even do blood work. he was so hard to talk to and i like to think im very nice and respectful but honestly DO NOT GO HERE

My husband had the worst of worst experiences with one of the receptionist at this clinic today, (possibly the doctors wife) who spoke down to him as if he was her child and lectured to him about time keeping to a Walk In appointment with no time set, other than "come in round about 1 but you will have to wait a while" He shows up at 1:15pm and this lady at reception loads on him. Sort this out please and treat people with respect.

Dr Aniki prefers lecturing rather than listening to his patients. If you are suffering from depression, find another doctor. He prescribes medication at what seems to be absolutely random, and instead of recommending you to a psychiatrist, he just throws a new med at you. Or just recommends a book, like he did when I very first met him. I'm sure "How to make friends and influence people" is a good read, but that's not what I go to a family doctor for.

Dr. Aniki is one of the most knowledgeable GP doctors in Fort McMurray. I have been seeing him for the last 15 years.He works very hard everyday. If you do not have an appointment, you still could see him by showing up after 5:00PM at the clinic and wait for your turn. He will not go home until he sees all the patients.

Worst staff ever. The receptionist is an ignorant idiot who is not helpful at all. Constantly giving attitude and acting sassy. I have been with this doctor for several years and have only been able to see him a few times because his receptionist doesn’t know how to do her job. I called two times today to make an appointment and receptionist put me on hold for 15 minutes each time. The office is never that busy that she cannot get back to someone within that time limit...two times. Never been so angry with such incompetent people. I despise the way they treat people when they show up to the office. That ignorant idiot should try putting on a smile once in a while.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Haven’t personally met the doctor, I was there to escort one of my clients and had to speak on her behalf. My issue was with the receptionist. She was absolutely rude and had zero hospitality towards the patient. When talking to her she sounded so ignorant and she doesn’t know how to talk to people. She shouldn’t be working there period. Doc, check your wife!

Had a very bad experience going to this clinic. The staff is bad mouth and not respectful to the patients at all. They were not giving answers to my questions. When I said that reviews about the staff are poor online and maybe they should do something about it. The receptionist said they don’t care. Never going to recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Disrespectful and bad mannered staff.
