Doctors act as advocates for patients and help create, organize and implement changes in communities to improve patient overall health. My doctor has great doctor-communication skills and the ability to work effectively with my health care team. My family physician diagnosed and treated me as new patient with diseases, physiological and psychiatric disorders, injuries and other health-related problems and I am satisfied with service. My family doctor is part of my health care team and co-ordinate work with other physicians, physio, pharmacists and other health care providers and I have been examined by all doctor-referrals in prudent and timely manner. Absolutely horrible experience. This doctor will leave you in the waiting room for at least 1 hour after your appointment time if you get in at all. Three times I waited for over an hour and had to leave to return to work. When I asked what was going on the receptionist explained that Dr Steve double books all the time. The few times I did see the Doctor he appeared to me to be medicated. Run away from this place fast.

I find Dr Steven Zhang to be very thorough and willing to spend time with me listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I understand that this sometimes means I wait beyond my appointment time to see him because he is doing the same for other patients. I love the hours he is open and the service I receive.

Terrible receptionist! She booked us for a wrong date and gave us another on call. Not discriminating here but she is also really old to be working there in my opinion. We waited for 30 minutes and still Dr. was busy. Then, i asked her will it take longer and she said No! The patient is almost done. It took another 30 minutes and still Dr. is busy lol. I am also writing this review sitting here an hour! What a waste of time. I am sure Dr. himself would be good but this is ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Also! Clinic literally closes at 7:00 PM but she booked us for 7:00 PM LOL!

Sure I waited a bit in the lobby but the service was good. He took time with me and I didn't feel rushed. I imagine that time in the lobby is him doing the same for others..

Horrible! I’m calling around to find a new doctor tomorrow, my appointment was at 6:45pm it’s now 7:44 and I’m still waiting, plus there’s 2 people in front of me. I’ve alwats waited at least over an hour, I make APPOINTMENTS for a reason.

I have experienced the long wait times and other times gotten in with little to no wait. Always satisfied he had heard my medical complaint and done his best to fix the issue. Usually able to fit me in close to the day I phone for an appointment.

I had a cancer and I needed a surgery. The doctor did his best to make it as fast as. Also he did everything what he can do for me. Sometimes I should wait him for a while, and that means he is doing his best for another patient. The receptionist is very good also. She cares about patients.

This doctor is absolutely horrible, no respect for anyone’s time. Three times I waited over an hour and ended up having to leave. Last time I booked for 2:30 I told her I had another appointment at 4. She said okay you will make it. 3:30 came I went to the front desk and she told me there was still 7 people ahead of me? This happened each time I went there. Told her I wouldn’t be returning and that I was getting a new doctor.

Excellent service from the doctor and receptionist. Great, convenient hours. Wait time is usually good, sometimes I'm in and out within an hour.. but for the people saying they've waited over an hour.. always expect to wait at least an hour or so, every other doctors office is the same, goodluck finding one who sticks to times. Each patient is different and takes different times to deal with. Dr. Steven will at least sit with you and go over All your issues in a pleasant manner so you don't have to make multiple appointments. Thanks so much doc! Best doctor I've ever had!

Extremely unprofessional. I believe the employees in the clinic are all related and family members. I was waiting as a patient and heard extreme yelling, screaming and slamming coming from a room. Only to find out the male voice was the doctor yelling at the front desk receptionist who was shaking and distraught. Definitely a scary experience. Doesn't seem like the proper environment or time to have fights about family related issues in a healthcare facility.
