I’ve been seeing Dr. Ravi Seyed-Mahmoud for over a year and he is absolutely hands down the best physician I have ever had. He always goes out of his way to understand patients issues as well as always ensuring that patient’s need to come first . I can’t say enough about how good Dr. Seyed Mahmoud is and I highly recommended going to see him. That fact that he is not already compleley full for patients is byline me due to the level of service he provides. Thank you for everything Dr. Seyed-Mahmoud.

First time patient. Was seen on time and with friendly/helpful staff who really cared about my needs. Dr. Ravi is personable, funny and informative. He was able to help me out immediately and I cannot thank him enough. If you call right at 830am it's easy to get a smae day appointment and they try to accommodate the best they can.

Needed to see a doctor. The staff was great, the doctor i saw was awesome. Lets face it no one wants to go to a clinic, this one makes it that much more bearable.

Dr. Ravi was my regular GP from the onset of my pregnancy (I did not have a family GP at the time). He is probably one of the best in Fort McMurray that I know of. He took the time to hear me out, suggested the right tests, reviewed the reports and gave sound advice. Although it was low risk pregnancy, he would always dedicate a large chunk of time just so that I am comfortable since this was my first baby. During Covid restrictions, he made the effort to do the same on phone calls too. Sadly we had to move from Fort McMurray. However, he is a wonderful medical practitioner and I have no complaints. Highly recommended and greatly reviewed!

First time here and it was very. The place was very clean and tidy and welcoming with the staff on site who are very friendly. The visit was nice and quick. Dr. J. Mikhayel is very professional as well she went and confirmed information with the pharmacy for me.

The front staff is incredibly ignorant, it’s a shame because Dr. Ravi is amazing I just hate that I have to deal with his staff. Hung up on me today because they made an error and won’t deal with it.

Dr. Ravi Seyed-Mohammed is a new doctor accepting new patients. He speaks English and French very well and got his degree from UofA. He was very patient with me and took his time to explain and answer my questions - he did not seem the type to be a pill pusher. He is on time and try his best to manage his time. Definitively will refer him to anybody that needs a family doctor.

I had an appointment today, showed up on time to be told someone called 30 mins ago and cancelled the appointment and now I have to pay $20. what?? Why would I cancel and then show up on time. The Asian ladies at the front desk are so rude. I will be finding a new doctor which is sad because the doctor is really good

Actually, i have been their client for a year but recently i have been treated disrespectfully. Today i had an appointment and i was on time and the receptionist accused me that i was late while i was waiting for her assisting another patient. she didn't let me see the doctor and asked me to wait although i told her that it is my lunch time and i have to go back to work soon. And also when i booked the appointment, i mentioned that i have to see the doctor on time because i can't afford to be late. I find this is completely unprofessional communication and disrespectful to others time.

Dr. Ravi is great. He takes his time and actually listens to my concerns and addresses them in a thorough, professional way. He's friendly, smart, and brings in some wonderful doctors from all over. I understand peoples concerns regarding the front end though, it could use some work. I've had to wait awhile to get in but it's a doctors office... It gets warm at the front, but there are nice big windows to look out of... First world problems people! p.s thank you Alberta Health Care!

The doctors are great. Unfortunately, the clinic itself had switched to a system that forces everyone to call in at the same time in the morning to try and get an appointment. Missing out on a full days wages to only maybe get an appointment after spending 45 minutes trying to get through, makes it hard to recommend, and they absolutely will not book ahead, no exceptions. Really unfortunate as they have some of the absolute best doctors in town, maybe in all of Alberta.

Was able to book an appointment and be seen the same day, a rarity in Fort McMurray. Was in and out with prescription in hand after a full exam in 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional female doctor. Very impressed with this clinic.

Not all of the receptionists are ignorant but majority are. I called to ask questions about a referral I was suppose to get and I asked questions and the lady on the phone said "I don't know, google it"! I said excuse me, then she put me on hold for a few minutes then hung up on me. However the doctors are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If I were the doctors I would get new front receptionists with much more customer service and respectfulness!

Doctor Crisp is the best doctor I have seen in my life. She is friendly and reassuring, takes the time to make sure you understand what she is doing and telling you. Her main goal is to ensure the highest level of care to her patients. I've never before experienced a doctor who is as supportive and concerned for her patients comfort as much as Dr. Crisp. My only concern with the clinic is the front desk staff are often rude and unaccommodating. I feel like an inconvenience to the front desk staff anytime I call or come in.

The Lady at front desk need to be trained she is so arrogant. There were two young couple with a baby, one of them did not have phone number to fill the form. She told them "you can leave we cannot give service without the second phone number" she was so arrogant the guy was so mad. 4 stars , The Doctor was awesome!
