Very very good doctors but terrible reception staff. It almost feels like reception staff are relatives of the owner of the clinic and can get away with total incompetence. Always a long wait, ridiculous charges for everything possible, ranging from out of province health card to any letter from doctor. 5 stars for doctors, 0 stars for everything else = 3 stars rounded up.

I've gone through a few different doctors in Fort Mac since moving here back in 2011, and this place is the best. I'm not sure why people are saying the staff are rude because they are not. I've called for paperwork and they always send me whatever my request is with no hassle. Dr Segok is maybe my favorite doctor I've ever had. Always so kind and helpful to make sure you get what you needed. As for the wait, sometimes yes you end up stuck waiting for a while past when your appointment was, but you can't hold this clinic responsible for that because that is just the state of Canadian healthcare. If this is a big problem for you, just book your appointments for first thing in the morning and the wait is minimal.

Everybody's got an opinion! Treat other's as you want to be treated and what an amazing world this is. I've been to worse and I've been to better, so of course there's room for improvement. But personally, I like there attitudes. Never a bad experience.

Can't rate Dr. Asra lower than 1 as the option ZERO or NEGATIVE is not available. The worst doctor I have met in my life. Spends 90% time on google or her cellphone while the patient is in the room. What if somedays the network is down and she won't access Google and WebMed,??? With an appointment you have to wait for minimum 2hrs for your turn, whereas the walkin clinic or the emergency takes little over 2 hours. The only reason of such a pathetic psychology is the fee factor which you don't pay upfront.

Not my regular clinic as I go to a doctor in Eagle Ridge (she’s out of town)… This is my third visit in 3 weeks and I’ve booked for when the clinic opened and the doctor(s) choose to show up obscenely late for your booked appointments with no regard for you or your time. I find it rude to act this way and will not be returning to this clinic unless I absolutely have to. Don’t bother showing up early or book any other appointments remotely close to the appointment you book here. That being said, the receptionist is very kind and the clinic is clean and tidy.

Ive been there twice now. The doctor i saw took his time with me and went over the issues i had. Would be 5 star but there is always a wait even with an appointment...but at what doctors isnt there? Its handy that there is a shoppers drug mart in same center.

Doctor is good and very patient, but front desk staff very rood incompetent and unprofessional and mostly don't answer the phone to book a appointment, and even wen you walking to book a appointment, you have to spend 10 minutes and more.

Prioritizes walk in patients over those who actually took the time to book an appointment. Trying to keep a toddler entertained in that waiting room for over an hour is a tricky battle.

Really nice and knowledgeable doctor But front staff is really rude and always have to wait for long time. Saying only walk in and they let other people go first. Whenever booking appointment still have to wait for long time and letting walk in peopl go first.
