Excellent doctor Abougoush but terrible front end as they don't pick up phone. I literally tried to call 45 minutes straight but every time it goes to voice mail and I even left a voice mail but no response back. Just terrible customer service and a disappointment.

This was my husband's first time to this Dr. He was told by his family physician to return this day for results of blood tests, only to discover his Dr. was out of town for several weeks and a note to go to this Dr. .. My husband went for basic test results, said he was fine. Asked to please give him the numbers so he could keep track. He was told to pick them up out front. What he failed to say was there was a $5.00 fee to get his results. The whole point of the visit was to get the results, not you're fine. It's the first time I have ever heard a fee for simple blood work results Forms for other things ... yes. It was done in such an underhanded and deceitful way, we were a little disturbed to say the least. Will we return ....no. Will we recommend him ...no. Will we tell our experience to others ..... definitely ..........

Dr.victor is very sweet and kind. He gets the job done and makes sure your ok most times but today was a little different. I know the Covid-19 is stressful and doctors are working hard.. i know its different to work over the phone but that doesnt give them the right to rush you. I had a phone appointment today for a perscription and the lady told me i had only 5 minutes with the doctor. which was plently of time for what i needed. i have asthma so at this time it is important i have my puffers im not 100% sure what the names are so i read out the name on the puffer but he should know what i have since he prescribed them to me before . i was literally on the call for 30seconds when he said JUST call Dave hills and get them to call me i have someone else on the other line. i was shocked because he is never like this ... he always seems to have time and care for his clients.. i was taken aback and said i just need another one as well but before we could speak of it he said my time was up. a total of less than a minute.. i was not impressed. and honestly it saddened me to be rushed and felt not cared for like that. im going to blame the stress of the covid and dealing with clients over the phone for it.. but i was not impressed and it made me have a new perspective of him as a doctor and a person.. honestly hurt me when i have had so much respect for him.

I saw a sign saying they were accepting new patients so I called and asked if I could become a patient, the reception I spoke to on the phone told me to walk in and ask the doctor if they could become my doctor. So I went the next day walked in, became a patient, saw the doctor for an appointment. The doctor I saw was named Dr. Salah Aboughouche, he was really friendly and was easy to talk to. My appointment was quick but it was a good experience I was in and out within 45 mins as a walk in. Porshia the medical office assistant was kind, worked quickly, did a good job with triage for BP, Height and Weight and made the environment welcoming. I am glad I chose this clinic I will return for my medical needs.

Worst doctor- please do not waste your time. His receptionist are VERY rude. He makes every patient come in for an appointment for a refill. He's very unprofessional and expect to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment to see him.

When you are reasoble and understand how things work. Its great place. Treat the staff good and they are great. They are just doing their job.

I see alot of these reviews are really old. Dr. Roberts retired and her patients have been taken over by Dr. Abagoush (sp?). He is fantastic. He was a great listener, didn't rush me out of the office. Took care of my concerns as well as booked me an appointment with the 'in office' nurse for the three year 'female' check up. They made multiple calls to schedule a follow up on my blood work. Excellent service by all the medical staff. Don't hesitate to see Dr. Abagoush. I believe he's accepting new patients at the time of this review.

Awesome receptionists!! My health care through Dr. Suleiman and Associates has never been so good. These people are getting results for me. Most times very little wait period but we need to remember we are in a different time now with covid. Thank you for your excellent services Access Medical Clinic.

Was referred here by the walk in clinic to get the results of my blood work. When I called to make appointment, they refused to tell me if it was an emergency situation and I needed to see the doctor right away or not. I wasn’t asking for consultation or results over the phone, only the severity of my condition. Judging from the reviews on here, it was probably for the best
