The front desk worker comes of as very rude and has an attitude/sassyness about him..I also was waiting 2 1/2 weeks for my glasses to come in..called to find out they didn’t even order them yet! My kids and I will be changing eye doctors deff not a welcoming environment!

I had the privilege of interning at Lidkea Optometry for my Primary Care rotation at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry. Dr. Bruce keeps up with the latest technology and clinical practice standards in the industry and provided the best place to learn full scope Optometry. He always strives to better his clinic to provide a better patient care experience and a great learning environment for students. He told me that if there was any piece of optometry equipment - large or small - that I wanted to try but wasn't in the clinic, he would get it - and he did just that! Out of all of my clinical rotations, Lidkea Optometry is where I learned the most! Bruce and his family are also genuinely fantastic people!

I have been going to Lidkea since i was a little girl, they have always treated me like i was family, and make it such a comfortable environment to be in when i do go for check ups, or shopping for new glasses and contacts!
