As a Senior, who grew up in the British Isles. My experience of going to a dentist was as a place of last resort. To my surprise, Dr Eric was friendly understanding, and took pains to ease my apprehension. I experienced no pain or discomfort. Doctor Eric is now my go-to dentist, and I recommend him to Seniors, Children, and everyone in between.

Warm, caring, welcoming atmosphere from the second you walk through the door. The toys and books in waiting room kept my other two plenty busy while my oldest got her cleaning done. Kim was gentle, kind and explained everything she was doing, making my daughter very comfortable. Dr. Eric is lovely. Pam was able to get all my former dental files and complete my insurance paperwork in record time. The services are extremely reasonable in terms of cost and they direct bill. Would highly recommend!

If I could, I would give 10 stars! Dr.Eric is so very kind and patient...staff is beyond amazing! Have panic and anxiety disorder and was petrified going back to the dentist. I explained my conditions when I went in and Dr.Eric ALWAYS takes his time and is so very comforting, offering sedation if needed, he and Natasha ask me if I'm ok and comfortable frequently during procedures, also April , the wonderful hygentist is the BEST! My first appointment on January 14, 2021 at Riverside Dental - Fort Erie ON with Dr. Eric was impressive. He evaluated a tooth that I had broken and made recommendation. Time constraints and other commitments did not allow me to address it until today March 23, 2021. Dr. Eric is professional, punctual and truly an exceptional young man. Later in the day he followed up with a text message just to see how I was doing. Words cannot describe the compassion this gentleman has for his profession, practice and patients. I wanted to leave our positive experience , and say we are so grateful we have found our new dentist to care for my family . Dr. Eric and his staff are all so wonderful , friendly, courteous, professional, caring . My biggest compliment I must say is that him and his staff are amazing with smaller children and very patient with explaining all the steps and helping my daughter who has high anxiety with anything medical having to be done . When I had my dental work done today he took his time and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain which I truly appreciated, he even called and followed up and left a voicemail to see how I was doing later in the day !!! Take about compassionate ! His office is clean, plenty of parking available, they do direct billing ( which was essential for us ) . Another positive thing is he is a younger dentist which in tern we will have for years and years to come instead of unfortunately having an older doctor who will retire not long in previous years . I would definitely recommend him and his staff ????????????????????

Like so many other people, going to the dentist isn't exactly top on my list of fun activities. Dr. Moryoussef took his time instead of rushing, which greatly helped me feel less anxious. When he found out that I just watched the live action Aladdin movie a couple days ago, he cracked the most hilarious joke about Jafar!
