This dentist office is a great local spot for all dentistry services. We attended this location after initially booking an appointment at their sister location (Bertie Dental, Fort Erie). The doctor at Bertie Dental was unwell and all appointments for the day had to be cancelled. They were so accommodating - fitting us in at this location to be seen. Our Hygienist Ashley was amazing and friendly. She was so helpful in explaining the new patient process and throughout the whole process. We felt that she did a great job and made what could have been a hectic day into a great one. The reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. They did direct billing for our Greenshield bill which was so appreciated. Our doctor was great too. We had Dr. Inigo who was very knowledgable and professional. His examination for our first client appointment was quick and to the point which was very appreciated considering how long the appointments can be. Overall, a nice place to go for a dentist.

The staff are always helpful and very professional. The new doctors are very friendly and genuinely concerned to provide the right care. They are great making my kids feel comfortable when performing a procedure.

My recent filling by Dr. Black was painless, easy and quite comfortable.Even though I have been a patient for decades at this office, I am still anxious when it comes to fillings. The new way of freezing with her shaking my cheek and using the gel to numb my gums, made the freezing unnoticeable. I am happy to see the "old" staff , Pam, Carrie and Joanne, but Dr Black is a welcome change. I highly recommend this office.
