Absolute best company I have ever had work on my vehicles... by a long shot. Don't believe me? We used to take our vehicles to Bill in Fort Erie when we lived in Welland... that was a drive. We have since moved hours away to Bracebridge and he is still worth the drive. Honest. Untouchable rates...and you are not taking your vehicle to him fearing he will come back with a mitt full of unknown problems that just happen to pop up because of the visit. Flat out...the only person I have ever completely trusted with a vehicle repair.

The front guy I think his name is Bill, is honestly the nicest guy and has really great people skills. I was in for an oil change to get my belt replaced and my back blinker light replaced, He said to me I think it's going to be a bigger job and requires further diagnostics , I was a little bummed ( seems to be my luck) 15 minutes later comes out and says , Everything is good was just a lose sensor. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great working order and I'm very pleased with the service provided , Starting with the very first phone call I made to them. Sometimes I find when I call an automotive company they always seem so miserable but I did not find it here. Reasonable rates and great service would highly recommend. Thanks again .

I live 2 blocks away but haven't been here since the new owners took over a couple years ago until recently. They fixed my transmission lines in about 2 hours with only a day's notice. The dealer down the street took 2 weeks to get the same part that this shop made in house. They then performed a follow-up inspection for free. I'm happy with the great service and how they kept the price down. Now that I think about it I've never heard a complaint about this shop either. I definitely would recommend them.

If you’d like a blown engine and to deal with an auto repair shop that doesn’t take legal responsibility than look no further: Garrison automotive is the place for you! Furthermore, the owner Bill is quite unpleasant to deal with when shotty work is questioned. He’ll refuse to talk to you and will not take liability for any damages caused by this shop. Wont even offer to take a look at the vehicle to diagnose the problems that Miraculously popped up right after being serviced here. Once they have you’re money they don’t care about anything else, even if it’s resulted in losses greater than 6,000$ and was caused by them. So thanks again Garrison Automotive for destroying our vehicle! Also, I normally don’t post reviews or aggressively attack businesses. I can understand things go wrong or people are having bad days. The main issue that really got to me is the fact they couldn’t even own up to their own wrong doing or even try to help. Sometimes all you’re really looking for, is for them to at-least try. This wasn’t the case. In response : Hi Bill, glad to hear from you. I appreciate how much more communicative and pleasant you are when confronted publicly. These are some pretty interesting claims that you've come up with. However, without preforming any actual investigative/diagnostic work they aren't exactly conclusive. Now I'm not a business owner, but I have worked customer service before, and blaming the customer without offering any actual help is an interesting business strategy. I also like how you pointed out the engine blew shortly after being serviced by you, and yet it was smoking when we came to pick up .... my boyfriend, being the trusting person he is, figured it was residual oil from the vehicle sitting in the driveway for 2 months... but he later learned that was not the case. It was also really interesting how when he contacted you privately in regards to the matter you immediately jumped to how you're not liable, almost like you already knew about it... I mean in my experience if something happened to my vehicle shortly after being serviced and I approached the garage they at the very least offered to take a look at the vehicle to ensure it wasn't anything they did. But in this case you refused and already had you conclusions ready. Now I could re-iterate the points nick and his mechanic already brought up to you that would disprove your claims. I could also bring up the gross negligence Nick and our mechanic believe took place, after what was said to him at the garage by your mechanic/technician/employee (whomever). But I think we'll hold onto that information. Furthermore, I find it really fascinating how even after our 6 hour journey to move here and the vehicle sitting in the driveway for two months that right after being serviced by you its engine is now blown. The main point is that you're not even willing to take a look at the vehicle and that you claimed you weren't liable before even looking at it (how can you know for sure?). The whole reason in me sharing this review is to let people know to be awfully careful on the garage they choose.

IF I could give this business 10 stars out of 5 I would. I have had various situations with my car over the last few years and every time I go somewhere else i always end up coming back to Garrison. The most reliable and honest people in the business. They do what is needed at a more than fair price and always with integrity. They go out of their way each and every time to explain everything to me. I feel safe with them managing all of my somewhat complicated automotive needs. Very highly recommended!

I have given a poor review for multiple reasons. Reason one is poor customer service. Twice I have been there. Twice they were easy fix flats. Twice they refused. When simply other tire shops have done the repairs. These both were on road flats. Reason two is they take advantage of women. They see a woman pull up. Give her some very lame excuse to get her to buy unnecessary items. When her final request is a 5 min donut swap. They refused to even do that. I don't recommend this shop to people that don't understand about tires or even just going in for a emergency flat. I say park the vehicle in a safe place off the road can call someone they know or AMA.

So I've heard so many good things how about Bill at Garrison Road Automotive. I very rarely use a mechanic because I do all my work myself. I was doing a brake job on my F150 and needed my rotors turned. I stopped in at Garrison Road and met Bill he said no problem will only take an hour so drop them off in the morning. I got done work early that day went home took my rotors off and drop them off at 4 p.m. Bill said no problem I'll have them done in the morning. Noon came around and I needed to get my truck back together, so I stopped by the shop and my rotors were still sitting on the floor in the front waiting room untouched. Bill says I didn't have time I should be able to get them done by the end of the day. So I picked up my rotors said thanks for the call to let me know that you weren't going to get it done. PS that was sarcasm he didn't call me to let me know.

He's honest (like when you go in for an oil change and all of a sudden there's a million things wrong with your car when there really isnt), offers fair prices (not the "chick" pricing I'm so often prone to see), and you don't sit around and wait for hours...your scheduled appointment is always on time.
