I recieved my hearing aid from the Dominion Mall Hearing Life location. The staff there are so awesome and friendly. They even welcomed my Emotional Therapy cat Angel. I love the staff and they are so sweet and kind. They are very professional. The office is very clean and organized. I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered no matter how crazy they may be.

I went there for a reason and believe you were incorrect in your assessment. I work in a steel fabrication plant and the hammering of steel is very loud. I can plug my right ear out in the shop and have no problem walking around the noises which means that I don't hear out of my left ear. I know it to be true.

I've been getting my hearing tested here for 3 years. First year they were truthful, told me I didn't need them. Second year told me I could use one in my left ear but didn't push. This year I agree, I need them now, will be fitted in 2 days. Like them, like their attitude, find them trustworthy.

I went to Fort Erie location for a hearing issue. As it turned out there was nothing that can be done at present, however, I was given a thorough hearing exam by Brittany. She gave me some good information on what I am dealing with. If need be I will definatly come back to this clinic. Love my new hearing aids! I hardlwy even know they're in my ears! Lindsay even put an app on my phone that lets me to turn them up or down! ALSO THEY CAN BE LOCATED BY SATTELITE IF LOST! I am so glad I discovered Dr Anna. I had hearing aids before & I quickly gave up. I had no problem with these hearing aids and I heard perfectly from the first time I had them in my ears. They are amazing and so perfect, just for me. Anna really took her time during the testing and asked so many questions. I never knew I was missing so much in the auditory world. It is a toss up now as to what I put on first when I get up, my glasses or my hearing aids. They have become a part of me. If anyone is struggling with hearing loss, I suggest going to see Anna. Her staff is great too.
