Stay away from this place! I ordered orthotics almost three months ago. Gave the owner Laura $475.00 and was told they would be ready in two weeks. Called after about three weeks and was told by Laura that the lab made a mistake and had to make new ones. Called many times and told they were on the way. Then told us they would be in the next day....never happened The last text from her said come at 4pm they are in! Well she wasn't at the shop and neither were the orthotics. Her business is always closed whenever we go over. We reported her to the police

Ordered copression and orthotics, paid over 1800 over 2 months ago. I called 3 weeks ago and Laura told me there was a mix up with my order. So far nothing they're not answering the phone. I will be contacting the police. This is terrible.

Stay away from Golden Horseshoe Footcare & Apparel! Laura, the owner, collected the money from my insurance company but did not deliver the goods. My insurance company said that what she's doing is fraudulent and criminal, as she is not supposed to collect any insurance money until goods are received by the customer. I have reported her to Green Shield and the Better Business Bureau. GS had received another complaint about Golden Horseshoe prior to my complaint and has therefore disallowed any further claims from this business. Luckily, GS has reversed my claim so that I am able to get the items I need from another company. I, along with another victim of this fraudulent activity, will be contacting the police in the very near future. I have learned that there are SEVERAL others who are in the same boat as I am. My wife order conpression stockings 6 months ago fully paid ( not cheap ) and they still have no answer as to why we don’t have them. I personally went in to inquire after calling them, they told me they would be in that day or next and they would call-that never happened. It’s 100% unacceptable my next step is contacting the Better Business Bureau

this place is a rip off, paid for orthotics , may 1st, got nothing, called many times and no calls returned plus they are always closed, contacted the police to start a paper trail if anyone wants to follow along, the officer said that they know Laura Metcalf, also called the place in Stoney Creek where they are made and my name was not on file nor any orders from golden horseshoe foot care, don't even want to give a star but couldn't post otherwise
