I have POA over my 104 yr old Aunt. I call in a refill and they turn around and call her and ask her a question that an elderly woman with Dementia has no clue what to answer. I have asked and asked not to and today I asked for my number to be replaced with hers and I get no sorry!

Been getting prescriptions for my dad for 20yrs! Very rarely do I return with everything he is prescribed. When I do call and tell them they again have forgotten something, they ask me questions that they should already know, or can easily access it from their computer which I think should have all information about a client they’ve been filling prescriptions for the last 20 years. Time to change pharmacies! I’ve complained to the pharmacist himself and nothing has changed! ????

My complaint is is you call the pharmacy 3 days ahead of time and confirm pickup of your medication they look at your file tell you when to come and then you go to get them and you're told we made a mistake too bad for you and no repercussions to the worker who gave you the wrong information it's all well and then the one pharmacist which I'm not going to give his name thinks he's a doctor he knows what people should be on and he knows what everybody should be doing he he's a doctor now I will be calling the head office to this company and definitely filing a complaint

Gerard and the whole staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will always offer advise when asked and I have certainly learned a lot from all of them about health needs.
