I had read such amazing reviews on here and it made me feel comfortable enough to bring my daughter in, who's been having chest issues. I ask about the wait they said about half hr to 45 mins, I asked if I could wait in my car which they had agreed too. Waited that amount of time, went into waiting area sat for another 15-20 mins before being called into the room. I then proceeded to wait another 30-45 minutes and still was not seen. As much of you young mom's know it's not the easiest keeping your little one that happy at a Drs office, especially for 2hrs.... after that I walked out apologizing that I was unable to wait Any longer, got into the vehicle with my mother in law and bawled my eyes out. I'm just looking for answers for my daughter. My mother in law was so upset by how everything took place so we gave them a call to express our feelings and ask what had been going on. For the receptionist to be nothing but immature and belittle us. Pretty much telling us we were lying about them saying to wait in the car for 45 minutes ..... Like really? Very professional. As I said I came here hearing great amazing things about this place and I wanted nothing more then to experience it as well, as I've been having issues with our family Dr and was hoping for a better alternative but I guess somethings are too good to be true.

Amir, as well as all the other pharmacists and pharmaceutical technicians that work here are absolutely amazing. Kind, knowledgeable and all around caring. I drive in from St. Catharines to Fort Erie because I just feel welcomed at this medical clinic all around. Highly recommended. Thanks!
