Dr. Portia sadeghi is a great person. I was struggling from my back pain and finding for a doctor. It was my first day and I was not his patient he asked me to fill the form to become his new patient then I asked his assistant how long does it take nowadays to get registered due to pandemic? He told me about 1 month when I told him about my back pain condition he called me in to do check up right away . It was very good experience I had from here. Thank you Dr. Pouring sadeghi and his assistant.

I've had many doctors in the past and I can honestly say that Doctor Sadeghi is the best doctor I've ever had. He is very caring and actually takes time to listen and help. If every doctor was as good as him there wouldn't be any sick people. Especially during the pandemic, the entire staff takes the proper precautions and the office is always very clean. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Waited 3 months to see Dr. Sadeghi on wait list. At first visit I was told that he could not help me with following up on my requested medical concerns. He did not take me serious and made me feel degraded and underminded my feelings about my health. I left his office in tears, completley incompassionate doctor! He said I would not be a good fit and I agree! I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone! Receptionist at this office are super! :)

Diane the receptionist is absolutely amazing...friendly and compassionate....as for Dr.Sadeghi himself what an absolute disappointment.....AVOID at all costs unless you want to be lectured about your medical ailments....namely mental health and depression....I have NEVER in my life met a DR with less compassion for those of us who deal with depression and anxiety....and in a day and age of mental health crisis EVERYWHERE....being told 'to walk or exercise or do yoga or get a book ' mind over matter' IS NOT the way to deal with mental health issues...despite the fact I already hv a Dr to help me deal with my depression and anxiety Dr Sadeghi kept insisting that that Dr was going to drop me as a patient?????...I left his office in tears as I've NEVER had ANYONE make me feel less of a person than He did...i felt so degraded by him its pathetic...

I am a new patient and was thrilled to find Dr. Sadeghi. He books a generous amount of time for appointments vs the 10 minutes my previous doctor did, so he wouldn't feel the stress and be a better doctor to his patients. He apologized for my wait time at my first appointment, which was about an hour (my previous doctor was more than that so I was ok with the wait) My second appointment I was seen within about 10 minutes. I have chronic issues and have had no proper diagnosis, but I felt that Dr. Sadeghi listened to my complaints, and while there is no definite diagnosis, he gave me a "most likely" reason which is more than my previous doctor did. I needed medication refills and he gave me a years supply as these medications have been a part of my life for years and will always be, so he saw no reason to see me every 3 months for refills, putting less strain on the system, as well on him and his time so he can (again) be a better doctor and free up the time for those patients that need it. While I haven't come across the need to see him on an urgent basis, he typically has time either that same day or the next day or at the after hours clinic, so I don't need to necessarily waste time at a walk in. Kelly, his receptionist is sweet and always smiling, even though I know she has a busy day and is feeling the stress (I worked at a busy vet clinic and while it's not the same, there are similarities, so I can relate) I am his patient and always will be, he will not drop me if I go to a walk in clinic. He answered my questions to the best of his ability and gave recommendations vs a "your have to" situation. It amazes me how different an old school doctor is vs a new school doctor. Thank you Dr.Sadeghi!

I went to Dr. Sadeghi’s office in person late last year to ask if the doctor was accepting new patients. I was surprised to note there wasn’t anybody in the waiting room and was attended to right away. After telling the receptionist that I was looking for a new family doctor for my family in Niagara Falls (even though I have been living in Niagara Falls for more than two years and still no luck in finding a family doctor), I was told that the doctor could not take us on at that time but asked me to leave my contact information to be notified when space became available. I received a call yesterday and made an appointment for today. My wife and I visited Dr. Sadeghi’s office today. There were only two persons ahead of us and we were ushered into one of the examination rooms. Shortly after we saw the doctor. What a nice down to earth person; he made us feel at ease without the usual pressure of being on a production line and blurt out our problems or miss the time slot. Instead of the usual, where one feels doctor’s time is important and the patient’s is not, the doctor made us feel “we are somebody” too.
